Pet Friendly Beach house located on the Blvd just across the street from the beach. 2 nice front decks and 1 screened in porch on the back, all loaded with rocking chairs. Swimming pool in back yard! Plenty of room to park cars. This house is just steps to the beach. Near everything! Walk to restaurants, bars, surf shop, gas station, convenient store, golf course and of course, the beach! Two story house with 4 bedrooms and two bath rooms situated on a large street to street lot that fronts on South Ocean Blvd and backs to Perrin Dr. Beach access in front of the house and also has another beach access with bath rooms and showers too. This is one of the few nice houses that allows pets! Lots of space and a very cool location.

Awesome Beach house

The beach house was so cozy and right near the beach !
My family loved the coziness of the home and the cleanliness. It was right across the street from the beach so made it so easy to enjoy with our kids. We loved the clean blue pool that my family used everyday ! I would stay here again !

This place is awesome. We were in Myrtle Beach to watch college softball and would book this place every year if possible. We were able to bring our furry friends and had plenty of room for us and our friends and family. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Perfect location. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful little home, so close to the water!
My family and I really enjoyed staying here! The property was clean, and it's so incredibly close to the beach! Parking was easy and spacious. The beds are comfortable, and being that there are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, it was perfect for a somewhat sizeable family get-together. Host was very pleasant as well. All-around a good experience!

We enjoyed our stay. We would stay again. It’s across from one of our favorite condos. Having a private pool was awesome, especially with toddlers. Plenty of room for all us. FYI the upstairs shower faucet leaks and it’s hard to adjust the temperature of the water.

Fantastic Beach House.
The house was very nice walking distance to the beach. The pool was awesome the kids had a blast in it as well as the adults. The area around the house is very nice. Lots of stores and restaurants to go to near by. We did mini golf near the house. Brad was our host and he was easy to reach and responded quick to all of my messages. We had a fantastic vacation and would definitely go back. We loved Myrtle Beach.

The best part of this overall was my family was able to frequent the beach so easily. Easy access to entertainment and things close by. The house itself could use a cleaning, pressure wash, some general maintenance, paint etc but you can expect that given its location. Would stay again on the amazing beds!

This property was a comfortable home like environment. Less than 2 minute walk to the beach. Multiple places to eat close by as well as multiple activities. Area was quiet. Great time, loved the front porch on the upper floor, turned out to be the preferred gathering spot. Poor water pressure in upper shower. Exterior porches could have used a good pressure washing. Gas grill only has one working burner.

House was in a great location!! The cleaning crew needs to be replaced as they are terrible, ie: pet hair left on sheets, lamps, toilets were dirty. Furniture in the rental was soiled and gross and could not be sat on. Notified the owner of the condition of the rental on day of arrival. He tried to make things better, but as this was a Christmas gift and we had driven 4 hours to get there it was too late to fix.

Never again. Lousy guest experience. Host or hostile?
It was a terrible experience from the start. Three pages of rules and threats posted to the freezer door were like something you'd expect to see at Rikers Island. We discussed leaving upon arrival, but didn't. A bad decision. Imagine a "pet friendly" host who barely tolerates pets and their owners. That's where we spent our holiday. Our 87 year old parents walked up slick moldy steps to visit us at this dwelling. There is no run for your dogs or is there? As signs conflict on whether they're allowed in the pool area or not. The only fenced area is the pool. And it is marked off limits, though there is no advance notice of this. We cleaned and sanitized the pool area before leaving a day early. Which we did. We also picked up the prior guests litter in the pool area too. Host takes zero responsibility for any and all problems, preferring to blame the guest/pets/cleaners or whoever else is handy. Read any negative review and it isn't his fault. You can take his word. LOL. We are both eager to see how the host spins this tragedy into our fault. Wait for it. It is inevitable. Host was clearly more concerned with the pool area and his exhaustive rules than his paying guests. Two cameras on the pool area. Dress accordingly. Guests beware. Note: We cannot post photos on VRBO. But boy howdy would we like to. There is more, but we are limited in character count. Keep looking.

The location was excellent. Property manager was great with quick replies, and quick to resolve property issues w/pool pump. Mattresses were a little hard, but we got used to them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future, for sure.
