Spring is right around the corner. Our 3rd floor golf villa is fully equipped to include the small details like towels, bedding, toiletries, dishes, pots/pans and more. Our goal is for you to have all the comforts of home! We have updated our furnishings for comfort and style. Free Wi-Fi and cable included. Our home is a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Golf Guys Weekend Away
We all had a great time and enjoyed access to the pool as well as the quick trip to Barefoot Golf. Putters Pub was great for lunches and the condo was equipped for all our breakfasts.

Great vacation extension.
We decided to stay 3 extra days and this place was great. Close to everything and a perfect place. Mark was great to get back to me with any questions. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying close to Myrtle Beach.

Beautiful two weeks spent in a fantastic condo. It was very clean and spacious. Loved the over size pool which is directly across from were we were staying. Had a great time speaking with several owners in the community. Would definitely recommend this piece of heaven. Thank you Marc for given us the opportunity to rent from you

North Myrtle Gem
Condo was as described. Clean, beautiful and easy check in. The pool that was walking distance away was closed due to some time work being done… the owner could have not known but was quick to respond and give us another option of the larger community pool which was a quick drive down the street- was perfect and easy to get to! The beach is also very short drive and was spectacular. Food and restaurants near by are plentiful. Would highly recommend

Really like the barefoot resort and will definitely come back there. Condo was well equipped and convenient location. We were surprised of the ongoing construction of the outside of the building which we were not made aware of. Wonderful quiet spot when workers we’re done. Love the spot. Bruce

Love love love this place! Mark was a perfect host. Condo extremely clean. Had many items available if needed. Everything was working except the second room tv but that wasn’t an issue. Loved the pool which is right across from the condo. The large pool is a wonderful option as well. Very close to all the shops and restaurants which is a plus. Quiet and peaceful area to stay in. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo
Barefoot resort was a really great stay. The condo was perfectly clean and had lots of extras for cooking a meal or packing a lunch. I really appreciated the paper towels, plates, salt pepper etc that were available. They are currently doing some construction on the stairs and landings which was noisy but this should be completed soon. We also enjoyed the pool, walks in cart paths and dinner cruise in the barefoot queen!

Not clean, potato chips & pretzels & who knows what else all over floors. Bathroom disgusting pubic hair everywhere hair all over everything toilet had pee stains all over it. Smelled like a dirty ashtray cigerette burns on vanity in bathroom. Towels smelled bad & not enough washcloths for 4 nights. Had to borrow towels from neighbors. Washer & dryer out of order. I could go on but you get the picture. The host just gave excuses didn't help at all. We will never use VRBO again. That was 1st & last time

Owner accusations
For the property, place was clean and great location in Barefoot resort. Condo is outdated with the beds and bedding. Beds aren’t comfortable. My biggest issue is the owner accusing us of putting screw holes in his deck. I’ve stayed at properties for years on VRBO and other sites and have never had an issue. He went straight to accusations and additional charges before he even talked to me. I told him to ask the contractors who were there doing work on the railings and replacing dryer vent caps, which I doubt he even did. The picture he sent me was very vague and doesn’t show the actual location of the holes. I tried to be reasonable with him to no avail. I would tell anyone who rents this property to do a thorough walk through when you arrive and take pics of any defects or damage, especially any nail or screw holes you find so he doesn’t try and swindle more money from you after your departure!
