Location located location
This was the perfect trip! Our first time in MB and the place was perfect. We loved how close it was to the beach and my son loved that it had so many pools, Owner was easy to reach. And place was clean. We hope to stay there again.

Great Location
Wonderful location with a great view of the beach/pools. We had a blast at the beach, lazy river and the pools. Our host Anthony was awesome to deal with and wants his clients to enjoy their stay. Thank you Anthony!!! We had a great vacation.

Great Vacation Spot
Perfect view. Great place for vacation. Pools, pools and more pools. Oh and the beach too :-) Anthony was a great host and got back to me within minutes. I highly suggest this for your vacation. I had two 12 year old boys and my husband with me and they had a blast!

Phenomenal!
Communication with Anthony was above and beyond. He kept in touch prior to our arrival, made sure we were settled and offered extra services to make our stay more comfortable. He really made us feel like we were a priority. Everything was clean and as listed/expected-plenty of shower and beach towels, rainy day games, beach chairs/toys, pool passes/codes/etc all aligned and made our stay a breeze. We will 100% be returning to this condo.We come every year and this was our favorite rental by far.

Absolutely AMAZING!
We just arrived home after an absolutely AMAZING stay! This property/room is beautiful. The room(s) are exactly as pictured and very clean. The condo is in an excellent location and the beach was much less crowded than farther south into Myrtle Beach. The host was exceptional to work with.

This was such a great location for our family vacation. The condo had a beautiful view and it was so easy to get to. Anthony gave us a lot of helpful tips that made our stay welcoming and comfortable. We love the easy access to the many resort amenities and to Main Street, shopping, and other activities that North Myrtle Beach had to offer. The condo was clean and had plenty of space for the four of us. We appreciated all of the welcoming touches, as well. Great place to stay!

Great location overlooking the ocean!
We stayed for 1 week in this condo. It is a great location overlooking the ocean as depicted. Really relaxing to sit in the chairs on the balcony and look at the ocean. Very short walk out to the beach. Pools were really nice, lazy river was cool! Check in very easy. All supplies were provided as described. Beds were comfortable. Anthony was very helpful. Would definitely rent again!

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean. We loved the lazy river. We will definitely come back. Our host , Anthony, was very prompt in getting back to me when I had a question. I highly recommend this condo.

Awesome oceanfront property
Great location! Loved all the clean amenities and convenience to restaurants and grocery stores. My daughter who is 7 loved the jetted bathtub in the bathroom! Make sure to wear armband around wrist, ankle, or even ponytail holder as security checks every day. Host Anthony wonderful host. :)

Great ocean view!
Relaxing time at the beach. Condo was super clean. Kitchen is dated and no counter space but functional. We skipped all the pool and food options and stuck to the beach because of Covid. Good place to quarantine.

North Myrtle Condo
Overall experience was great. Property manager was very quick to resolve any issues which is my number one priority when using VRBO units. Anthony did a great job. Would HIGHLY recommend the unit.

Beautiful Condo
This is my third time staying at this condo. Everything is clean and accessible. There are beach chairs available to take onto the beach, which was great for our group. The owner is awesome. He is very responsive to questions and if you need anything he is quick to assist.

The condo was great. Very clean and comfortable with a great view. Th facilities exterior needs cleaned and maybe updated and the employees that work there are very rude. The owner of our condo was amazing and took really good care of us. Plan on going back.

Nice Getaway
The condo is nicely furnished, very cute beach decor! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Loved the various pools, and they stay open until 11pm! Good and convenient parking. Limited restaurants at the resort. Not many restaurants in walking distance, but that is something I should have researched better. We enjoyed dinner at Martini, food was great and loved the ambiance with piano/guitar player. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

Check In worth it’s weight in gold
Unit was great and the property manager was very responsive. He returned calls and emails immediately and addressed all of our concerns (none of which had to do with the unit). The view was amazing.... when the beach got too crowded, it was the perfect balcony to socially distance and enjoy the ocean. Beachfront bar was great! The best part was bypassing the check in line and front desk!

We had a wonderful time at Baywatch. Anthony was the ultimate host. He thought of everything and provided items for cleaning, toiletries and even beach accessories. He answered all of our questions quickly and professionally. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back. Too many amenities to list. From poolside entertainment to the lazy rivers, the beautiful beach and the ice cream shop. We were busy nonstop. Another bonus was the Proximity to top notch restaurants. We will be back! Thank you!

Can’t wait to return!
It was our first experience with VRBO and it was great. Bay Watch is a wonderful resort, with everything a couple Sr citizens could possibly need. But ‘the frosting on the cake’ was Anthony! He is so very attentive, quick responses and we never felt like we were ‘bothering’ him. Our great VRBO experience had a lot to do with Anthony. His rooms were clean, well stocked and even had a couple sweet surprises. The pictures were totally accurate. Thank you Anthony, it was a pleasure meeting you too! As you know, we’ll be back😉

Loved This Condo and Host
From the moment I made the reservation, Anthony was available. But the details he shared basically answered any questions I had. We had flight interruption, putting us into MB a day and a half late. I kept in touch with Anthony and he attempted to keep my spirits lifted. We had an issue with one of the TV's (NCAAA Basketball going on, so it was needed). He did his best to troubleshoot and ended up replacing the TV the next day. Once our luggage finally caught up with us, we began what ended up being a very pleasant stay at Bay Watch 1036. We enjoyed the balcony as well as the beach. Sandtrap was surprisingly good too. I would definitely book with Anthony again. He truly went above and beyond!
