Combined seating for five is available at the breakfast bar and dinette table. Enjoy stunning sunsets on the balcony and, in the evening, unwind in the living room while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the 50-inch smart TV. The bedroom has been beautifully outfitted with your comfort in mind and includes a recently remodeled en suite bathroom with a new shower. On-site boardwalks offer easy beach access and a sparkling resort pool with lounge deck offer swimming and sunbathing closer to home.

Crescent Towers I is centrally located in the Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach and close to golf, restaurants, Main Street NMB, Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Carolina Opry, Broadway at the Beach, and Tanger Outlet Stores.

Wonderful Property!!
My wife and I stayed for a weekend and it was such a clean and wonderful place. Conveniently located to food and entertainment for plus direct access to the beach. We will be looking to stay here again in the future for sure!

Good spot for vacation, so close to the beach and condo was good. Just needed a good deep clean on the inside but also the complex’s like elevator and hallways, Etc. all and all good place.

Felt like you were sitting on beach
We had a wonderful vacation. This place had a beachy feel. We spent a lot of time sitting on balcony reading felt like we were right on the beach. Had everything needed. Made breakfast in morning. Nice to have the washer and dryer as well. Would definitely recommend was perfect for the two of us.

We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning, coffee in hand! Loved that there was an elevator, loved the walk in shower, the fully stocked kitchen, the coziness of the building!

The Condo on the Ocean
I hated to leave. You are only feet away from the Ocean. The Condo itself was clean and very comfortable. Easy to restaurants and any kind of store you needed. I hope to visit every year. This was one of my best finds.

The property was very clean, decorated nicely. Great for 2 people. We had a few issue the shower in the hall did not work properly, also the smoke detector needed a new battery kept chirping. No fault of the place The other issue was it was bike week. You could not sleep because the motorcycles would sit at the turn with their stereo blasting. All hours of the night

Birthday Weekend at the Beach
The location was great. Everything about the condo was great except a couple of mechanical issues, which didn’t ruin the visit, but was annoying. The rail to the bedroom bathroom door had issues. The door wouldn’t slide. Guest services was responsive and offered to send out someone to fix it. Then we found out that the sink drain in the other bath was stuck shut closed. Other than that, the unit looked like it was recently nicely remodeled. The first floor view of the ocean was excellent. We would visit again.

Pretty location & great design but needs maintenance
Perfect, quiet location right on the beach. Lots of little maintenance issues that need to be fixed - dead remote batteries, broken trash drawer pull, and more. No nightlight in the entire place, either! The mattress was the worst - mega squeaky and uncomfortable. Please replace soon! We sucked it up but oh man the issues were a lot to overlook.

Excellent experience!
This was an extremely clean condo and the kitchen was very plentiful stocked. We felt at home here and safe. We had a slight problem with the elevator upon arriving, but it finally decided to work. We called a number, possibly they did something to reset the elevator to get it working. We will definitely book through Vacasa , everything went very smoothy. 😊👍

Amazing views and cozy condo!
My husband and I booked this condo for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed! The condo is beautiful, clean and exactly as described in the listing. The view was awesome and being off season, it was very quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked with almost every appliance you need! The only complaint I have is with the master bathroom door. It’s a barn style door but it does not really work with the space available. That door needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was a great condo and we absolutely loved it!
