6 bedroom, 3 bath private beach house is located 1 block from the ocean. This house has its own private salt water pool & hot tub with tons of outdoor seating. Sleeps 17 max. with 2k, 4Q, 1F, 1T, & 1 full sleeper sofa.

Pet Friendly (dogs only) with a $200.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. We do not have any breed or weight restrictions nor do we have any restrictions on how many dogs you can bring.

This beach house sleeps 17 and it has something for every member of your vacation group. Take a swim in the PRIVATE outdoor salt water pool & hot tub. This house has Flat Screen TV’s, DVD Players, free Wi-Fi access, washer & dryer in the unit, 3 outside showers (with hot & cold water).

A fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to make a meal and an outside BBQ area that will satisfy everyone's hunger after a long day at the beach or pool. If you don’t feel like cooking, that’s not a problem. This house is within walking distance of Plantation Pancake House, Molly Darcy’s Irish Bar & Grill, and Mr. G’s Grill & Ice Cream Shop. Want to get in a round of mini-golf? Take a short walk to Professor Hacker’s Lost Treasure Golf, take a train ride to the top of the mountain and golf your way down through the gold mines & tar pits.

Fall Break Getaway
Great location for the beach and activities. The yard was perfect for our dogs. The house had ample room for us and we enjoyed the hot tub. The only thing that would have made it better (other than warmer weather) would be a less challenging indoor staircase and a heated pool.

Enjoyed the property. Close and easy access to the beach just one block across the street. Was a little smaller than I thought but was fine for us. Enjoyed the hot tub. The pool was open but not heated which was ok. Would rent again.

Set up well for groups with plenty of beds/baths and outdoor seating to enjoy the nice backyard. Hot tub and pool but hot tub was a bit dirty. Other than that no complaints with our stay.

Great Stay
My family and I really enjoyed this property! There are a few things that could have been better though. The toilets in a couple of the bathrooms were broke. They moved when you would sit on them. The hot tub did not have enough water in it and there was sand and hair in it. There were not many pans to cook on or much silverware. Other than that, we loved this property and are hoping to rent again! We are also close to the beach and that was a plus!

Terrible description of property..
They made me resubmit my review because I showed the crazy add on prices for housecleaning, nonrefundable dog fee, prosessing fees, accidental damage fee,local accomodation fee.....then VRBO gets in on it also ...be warned this place is not updated at all ...if you have older people they will not be able to use the stairs to go upstairs unless they go outside and take the stairs outdoors. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED!!! Make sure you bring toilet paper ,papertowels, laundry detergent..ect you will not find any of those things .. House was not clean ..I have never left a bad review before but i feel obligated to warn people...They need to be more forthcoming with this listing..

Beds and bathrooms clean! Floors not clean at all, my daughters feet were filthy after just 15 minutes walking barefoot inside. Dishes and pots and pans need replaced. Some of the pans are just completely unusable. Appliances were great!! Even a cooktop to griddle pancakes! Pool and hottub needed cleaned but one phone call and they were cleaned with 2 hours😀. Being from out of town, beach chairs and or toys for the kids would have been nice to have. Even a pool game or two would have been nice. Overall a very nice stay!! So easy and close to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a good space. Loved the pool. However, the kitchen lacked a lot. The smaller bedroom downstairs was entirely too small. You could not move around in it and there was no mirror. The bathroom downstairs you could barely walk in and no counter top of any size to put anything or store bath supplies, makeup,etc. There were so small bugs showing up in that bathroom as well.The size of the house is great but it does need some updating and better storage spaces. Very steep stairs going to second floor. Needs some updating and more storage in bathroom.

Overall good stay
We stayed here for 6 nights. We were a large group of 3 families with kids. Overall we had a great time. But don't let the name fool you, this is not a newly renovated home. I would classify this as a "cottage". The bathrooms run down and small. The kitchen has newer appliances but was otherwise run down. There wea very little in terms of dishes. The furniture definitely needs replacing. The living spaces are very small. That being said we spent all of our time in the backyard which was lovely. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and it was so close to the beach which was beautiful. We did a lot of activities during the day and ate out most nights. So we basically used the property to sleep. Overall I would recommend this property check in/out was smooth. The pool/hot tub were cleaned mid week. It's a great location just know it is not newly renovated!

Property is great and probably requires a bit of TLC but we took it as is. Nicely located. Super irritated by the rental company managing the property. We paid for a property with a pool and was a mess when we got there. Call the agency, argument lady said pool only serviced twice a week…never mentioned the pool was actually shot with a broken pool pump and filter. Very disappointed and feel short handed. Their boots on the ground again were so helpful and explained the whole situation. Rather have her deal with customers than the rude person at the offices. She even helped with the WiFi, info on the booking pamphlet was wrong. Don’t think I will be back renting through this agency.

House was small but not a big deal as we didn’t spend much time in it. There is plenty of seating outback. When we first got there, there was bread and trash, including men’s underwear in the yard. Wet used towels by the outside showers. The hot tub was so cloudy you couldn’t see the seats. Was told someone would come out and pick up the yard and check the hot tub, no one did. It took 2 days for the fridge to get cold. They did send someone out to check it 3 times. Air conditioner went out. They did come quickly to fix it. However, it went out on Wednesday night and they sent contractors out to install new units on Thursday. It was fixed enough that they could have waited until we checked out on Friday morning. The lawn service came in the middle of the day to take care of the yard so we couldn’t use the pool. All of the doors are very squeaky. There is no trying to be quiet and let others sleep with the doors and creaky floors. Each time someone came to the house we had no parking. We had some sort of contractor at the house every day we were there. It interrupted our plans and activities. The kitchen sink has a very slow drain. I did not call about that because I was sick of people coming out to the house. The house is a very short walk to the beach and a 2 minute drive to the main road with everything you need.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great, one block off the beach, but the house is in need of some serious TLC. The floor tiles in the upstairs bathrooms are destroyed and extremely sharp due to them being cracked/broken (we had to lay towels along the whole bathroom floor so the kids would not cut their feet). Our second day there, water began flowing from the upstairs bathroom, through the ceiling electrical outlet and onto the middle of the floor in the downstairs bathroom. We had to put in an emergency call to the plumber. He recommended immediate replacement of floor tiles in the upstairs bathroom and to not walk on them.(this is what allowed water to flow into the downstairs bathroom from the shower). The staircase inside is missing screws, causing the staircase to rattle as you walk up/down them (simple fix, but extremely apparent/loud as you walk up/down staircase). When booking this house a North Beach Realty associate told me that a heater was being installed in the pool as we spoke on the phone, and it would be complete prior to our arrival, but that ended up being false. The door to the large bedroom upstairs will not close at all (bedroom 4, again an easy fix, but no privacy in that room). The day we checked in the pool/hot tub had not been cleaned (hot tub was slimy and full of sand, just needed cleaning, but should have been done before our arrival).When checking out, there was no mention of the water leak by North Beach Realty staff. I brought it up and was told the owner is going to redo the whole bathroom, but that was it. No offer to compensate me in any way (refund one night maybe?? something..). Very disappointing. If staying here I recommend getting confirmation the bathrooms upstairs were both redone (tiles in both are broken). Though I highlighted problems, the stay was still enjoyable. With some improvements, the house can be really nice, but in its current state, needs a lot of work.
