Canal has recently been dredged and now gives boaters access to fishing and boating the back waters of Cherry Grove all the way into the ocean from your dock! This home is also just 1 1/2 blocks from beach. Great, covered front and back porches perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite beverage on! Or, if you prefer, you can fish or sunbathe right off the dock on the canal. Even take your boat, kayak, or paddleboard and set off for adventure right from your dock. You can also relax and cool off under house on the swing or outdoor living area. Full kitchen and grill to prepare your favorite meals or fresh catch of the day!

This house worked great for all of our family, children included. We enjoyed our time on the front porch and back porch, and it’s a very quick walk or golf cart ride to the ocean.

Short walk to the beach
The homeowner was very responsive with instructions on checking in and out. The house was very spacious for our group. Plenty of counterspace and a large dining table. There was a table on the back deck also. The location on the canal was nice for fishing. It was a short walk to the beach and only 1-1/2 miles to Cherry Grove Pier.

Great beach vacation!
There is no question: I would utilize this property again. Biggest highlights are definitely the well-stocked kitchen, front and back porch, and fishing from the dock. We even caught one flounder there! Amie was a great host as well. My family enjoyed everything and can't wait to return!

Great location and the house was good. It says it sleeps 12 but the seating in the den was only for 5 so our family of 9 couldn’t sit together. The outdoor furniture was in need of being replaced. The glass on the table was broken and a couple of us endured cuts from cleaning it until a handyman came and removed it half way through our vacation. Aime was very very nice and we would rent again possibly.

House was nice! Good location.
Blinds were broken, so no closing. Beds uncomfortable and very creaky (loud), pots an pans very limited. Frying Pan scratched up didn't want to use. Washer used only hot water. Refrigerator did not stay cold. Freezer froze ice bin so it wouldn't dispense. I am not complaining just telling the things that could be replaced or fixed. Thank you for letting us stay in your house!

Met all of our needs
We had a wonderful time at this property! We loved the easy access to the channel because of the dock where we could put our kayaks right in. The house was clean and beautifully painted and decorated. We would have liked more seating in the den area, but it was okay. My husband and I, our three teenage and college age children, my parents and two nieces stayed at one point or another and everyone loved it! Thank you!

Wish we could live here!
If you are looking at this property as somewhere to stay for vacation, just go ahead and click “reserve!” This was the absolute perfect place for our family of 6 (me and my husband, grandparents and our sons ages 13 and 7). The location is ideal, super close to the beach but on the quiet canal. My kids rode their skateboards and scooters all around the neighborhood. The dock was so much fun for fishing and we loved all of the outdoor seating. The home itself is in pristine condition and has everything you will need for a relaxing stay. Beautiful decor and everything in good working order. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked lots of meals! One thing to note is the sun comes in through the blinds early, so my kids did not sleep late...no worries we just went to bed early! The owner was very responsive and proactive with notes about check in and check out. We will be back!

Fabulous Family Vacation
We had a wonderful family beach vacation and this property was just perfect for us! Great location for beach and fishing on the canal. The owner was wonderful to work with and quick to attend to any issue. We didn’t want to leave. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch swing and evening drinks on the back deck or the dock on the water. Our boys enjoyed fishing and the neighbors were super sweet and even let them use fishing poles and their dock to fish. Just an overall great vacation and house. Will definitely be back. 🏖☀️

This house was the perfect place for our weekend trip! Everything was perfect and such a cute house. Check-in and out was super easy and Aime was great if we needed anything. Being right on the inlet was great for fishing and such a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!!

Over priced
I’ll summarize by a simple list of pros and cons... PROS: house was clean, beds were comfortable, had great water pressure in shower and AC worked well. CONS: Afraid to walk down back steps due to damaged wood, leg broke off grill the 2nd night there, microwave had to be “babied” to be used; as did the dryer door, the leg broke off the rocking chair on the front porch (and had obviously been gorilla glued prior), all of the wands and pull cords for EVERY blind in the house had been removed- and the one that desperately needed it to stay was in the kitchen so as to not be blinded every morning while doing anything at the sink. The area rugs under all the beds were traps to stump your toes on, unless you picked up furniture to straighten them out... Overall, it was a fair experience. I did have to call Mrs. Collins about a front door lock issue and told her about the back steps and other issues during the conversation. To her credit, she reached to someone in reference to our safety concerns with the back steps and someone actually came out while we were there. She was very pleasant on the phone and receptive to our conversation. But for all these little problems, I felt it was overpriced for what we got.
