Stunning construction ocean view home just completed in 2014. The 3600 sq feet raised beach house is perfect spot for family reunions or groups. You will have every necessity and more to make your family vacation perfect. This will be your home away from home 300 feet from the beach, less than 2 minute walk with children!

KITCHEN AND GAME ROOM: The kitchen is a cook's dream with an unbelievable abundance of custom cabinets complemented with granite counter tops. There is enough cookware, plates, and kitchen utensils for a family of 16 to cook any meal you desire. The game room located on the second floor has an oversized air hockey table and a wood foosball table to entertain the kids, there is also a wet bar and 55’ TV in case some of the adults want to be on the second floor.

PORCH: New in 2019, we added outdoor couch and chair and breakfast table to read your book or drink your coffee as you watch the waves roll in.

NEW SALT WATER POOL AND SPA and Gas Heater: The salt water pool has a smooth and silky feel to the touch, much like rain water and its gentle on your eyes and skin. We have a heater for the pool for the early spring and late fall. The Spa will reach 100+ degrees year around and the new GAS heater will heat the pool up to over 86 degrees. The 12x28 pool is flat bottomed so the kids can enjoy the entire length! There is plenty of lounge chairs to relax in the sun or the shade and comfy durable tables to enjoy your snack and meals on those fun summer days.
**We have custom South Carolina corn-hole boards set up under the all-weather area, so you can play on any day

GRILL and OUTDOOR SHOWER: There is a new largeWeber Gas grill that will accommodate all of your outdoor grilling needs, its located on a dedicated patio to allow more space for games and lounging. The outdoor shower is located in a secluded paved patio to get that afternoon rinse.





Access is provided via Lockbox: Code will be sent via the Hostfully Application after the first payment

ACCESSIBLE: The house is equipped with a walk in shower and an elevator is available to afford those with difficulties in climbing stairs the opportunity to vacation along with their friends and family.

The 2nd floor has three spacious bedrooms with two queen mattress per room
Each room has its own 32’ inch TV w/ DVD player

This fabulous house is less than 600 feet from the ocean. Both balconies were intentionally built deep to allow for plenty of folks to sit and rock on the porch while watching the waves come in the ocean. This house is centrally located and in less than 10 minutes you can be at all of North Myrtle Beach's attractions, restaurants and shopping areas.

Great Vacation at this house!
This was a great house and we had a great vacation. It's in a wonderful location close to the beach and a short drive to Myrtle Beach. I especially loved the heated pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend.

The property was very spacious with a lot of amendities. Very short walk to the beach. My family enjoyed themselves very much. The convenent option between going to the beach or spending time at the pool was a nice bonus.

This was a great house, the layout is wonderful if you have a lot of people staying with you. We had plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were great, we stayed over Christmas and the pool was warm everyday! It was amazing.

Fabulous Vacation
Such a wonderful vacation home for our family! The house is huge and has everything you need. We loved spending time in the pool and up on the top floor deck. Very nice view and so close to the ocean. The elevator was an absolute blessing with my aging parents. Thanks so much for wonderful memories!

Family Beach Vacation
This is a beautiful property that provided spacious accommodations for our entire family of ten. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom is a huge bonus. The property owner was very responsive when we had a minor problem with the spa and it was repaired within a couple of hours. We would recommend this property.

Beautiful home away from home in a great location.
The property was perfect for our large family gathering. There was plenty of room to spread out and the kids loved the game room. The kitchen was amazing! It was stocked with everything you can ever need to create fantastic meals. There is plenty of dishes and lots of places to store food with a great size refrigerator. The beds are very comfortable. The owners were great to work with. Our only fault is They could use some new towels but that's minor. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house for large groups!
Overall, a great place to stay with a large group. Location was just a short two block walk to the beach. We had a large group of 5 families and it fit us comfortably. The kids loved the pool! We spent a lot of our time outside. The beds were not the most comfortable, and the house could use a good deep cleaning, but other than that it was absolutely perfect and we would stay there again! The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great vacation!

Stunning and great location
We absolutely loved this house. It had everything you needed, towels, pots & pans, even the small things like tape or aluminum foil etc. The pool was at perfect temperature and always clean and the hot tub warmed up quickly. The grilling station is amazing. The rainy days allowed us some down time which we played board games, air hockey and watched movies on the Roku (all provided in the house) the water pressure and temperature were perfect. 5 star all the way!!

Incredible beach house!
This house was amazing! Let's start with the house itself: brand new, amazing finishes, fun decorations and literally enough room for everyone! Every room has its own bathroom which is really nice! There is a game room with foos ball and air hockey, TV, etc. There is TV and cable in every room, bedrooms included! My bed was seriously so comfortable and the sheets were so soft! I loved the furnishings. Awesome view from the top deck, can see the ocean and relax. The beach is minutes away! Had such a fun time staying here! Choose this place you definitely won't regret it!

Sea star I
This home is great for a large family (there were nearly 18 of us) who have a family member in a wheelchair. The elevator worked every time. The bars at the commode were placed exactly right. The shower worked well with a slide bath chair. The house is well stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals. The house is near the beach. The old folks who cannot travel to the beach anymore can sit on the porch and see and hear the waves of the ocean. It's perfect.

Could easily be a 5 star
This house could easily be a 5 star with a little Tlc. We had several problems that the local manager could have dealt with, but chose not to! There were several housekeeping issues that could have easily been addressed before we got there, but they weren't. The house is in a nice location near the beach.

This house was the perfect set up for myself, my parents, my 4 children & 6 of their friends. My children are 19, 17, 14, & 9. We were celebrating the 17 yo graduation a year early from HS. Plenty of room for the 9 teens on the 2nd floor with the game room & 3 bedrooms. They really enjoyed the pool & hot tub.

Great rental !
The house had a lovely layout with a very spacious open kitchen and living room area. We had 20 and our party 10 of those being children but we never felt crowded once. All the beds are comfortable and I even took photos of the rollaway beds because they were the most comfortable I've ever seen .. hoping to purchase one. Each bedroom having a private bath was a great plus. The lower level is laid out perfect for cookouts and pool parties... tons of room. Very close to the ocean. The owners were wonderful to work with and they returned our deposit promptly. We will definitely be back

Everything a family vacation needs and more
We had the pleasure of staying this past week and let me say it was first class from the time we started inquiring about the property. Bringing small children on their first vacation is a big task and James the owner set us up to have a great trip. When you are not out by the beautiful spa & pool, the beds and couches are really comfortable. The kitchen is the size of 2 kitchens. The elevator was luxury that we weren't anticipating. The walk to the beach is 3 minutes. No reason to stay anywhere else in Myrtle beach. We will be back. And hopefully sooner than later!!!! Thanks James you should be proud of your home.

Sea Stars I
The house is WONDERFUL. Very spacious and well equipped for a very large gathering of family and friends. Lots of places within the home to get away to quiet place to relax and a large open area for all to get together. The elevator was very helpful for our wheelchair bound member and the elderly family members. The only downfall was the rest of the family members whined because their legs were so sore going up and down the stairs. But they got over it soon. The pool and hot tub are great. The outdoor kitchen was a great benefit. The linen service was another benefit and well stocked. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook meals for the large gathering. Two large refrigerators made grocery shopping much easier. I only had to grocery shop twice with this great amount of cold storage. The house was very clean when we arrived. To sum it up ... WE LOVE SEA STARS IN NORTH MYRTLE BEACH!!!

Our best rental experience by far!
We loved everything about this property! The house is extremely comfortable for a large family. The pool area is so inviting and allows for many different activities even during inclement weather. The front porch is spacious and comfortable, and the ocean views were wonderful. The walk to the beach is literally only two minutes. The elevator was a must for my elderly mother. There are many stairs to navigate otherwise. Every bedroom was very comfortable and had its own private bath which was awesome. The only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure all rooms have a little dresser or somewhere to store things that can’t be easily hung in a closet. You can easily walk to small mini-marts, a wonderful ice cream shop, souvenir shop, and local pub. Just perfect! Having an attentive and friendly property manager (Scott) also really added to the experience. He was helpful even in advance of check in, and was super attentive during our stay. We had a couple of minor issues which he responded to and addressed immediately. It was beyond appreciated!!!

Awesome Place!
We loved this house! It was close to everything! Irish Pub right down the street, Several stores within walking distance. The beach is just a short walk away, much easier than trying to find parking. Great views from the porch! Heated pool and hot tub were wonderful! Easy communication with the property manager was greatly appreciated. He sent weather report for the week on the day before our arrival and gave us a full tour of the house and all of its amenities. The house has everything you could possibly need. Great place, we will be checking it first for our reservations in the future.
