Want a perfect combination of being near the beach yet private and quiet? Then Fairway Oaks Unit 11D is your ideal 3 bedroom vacation condo. Fairway Oaks is a resort in the Cherry Grove Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This modern three-bedroom townhouse has a convenient ground-level entry. Unwind in the large community pool or lay back in a poolside lounge chair after a challenging round on the links or a relaxing day on the beach. This beautifully remodeled three bedroom and two bath condo sleeps eights guests spaciously. LInens Included. The townhouse sits adjacent to the beautifully manicured Surf Golf & Beach Club. Relax on your private patio and watch the geese parade down the golf course fairway with their ducklings waddling behind them. In the evenings you can hear the waves from the beach and the tree frogs singing their song. The patio gives you a serene view of the golf course and live oaks - not just another condo.

During the day take a quick 10 minute walk down to Cherry Grove Beach - one of the most beautiful and widest beaches in South Carolina. Cherry Grove Beach is the very northern part of Myrtle Beach so it is quieter than being in the middle of town - yet just a short drive away you can discover all that Myrtle Beach has to offer - a large SkyWheel, Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theatre, Broadway at the Beach, Dixie Stampede, Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, theatres, beach shops, pirate adventures, fishing rentals and charter boat rides, water parks and over 100 more golf courses.

Guests in our condo enjoy use of the beautiful large Fairway Oaks swimming pool. No parties, golf carts, motorcycles or trailers are allowed in the complex. No pets are allowed in the condo. Two cars are allowed at this condo. The condo is non-smoking with central heating and air conditioning, four flat-screen TV's, washer, dryer and dish washer. Wireless internet lets you keep on top of things at home and in the world. There is also a charcoal grill on the patio. In the condo you'll find all bed and bath linens, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella and a wagon to transport all your things to the beach.

When you enjoy this beautiful Fairway Oaks condo you will be conveniently located to all of the best amusements and attractions that the Myrtle Beach area has to offer - be just 5 blocks from the beach - yet relax in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

Thanksgiving Stay
My family and I have made coming to the beach after Thanksgiving a tradition. We found this condo and it was perfect b/c it had 2 sets of king size beds since 2 couples were supposed to be coming. It was clean and easy to find. The owner was very nice and quick to respond with any questions we had. We had a great time!!

Great property
We have stayed at Fairway Oaks before and always appreciate the neighborhood feeling instead of a vacation resort feeling. Views of the golf course are awesome. Swimming pool was terrific. Nice 12 minute walk to the beach or a 2 minute drive. Everything inside townhouse was great. Highly recommend this property. We will be returning.

Amazing place in a great location
The entire stay was simply excellent. The house had plenty of space for everyone, including a beautiful outdoor patio that was perfect for coffee and meals. I can’t imagine a better place to spend a week. The beach is within very easy walking distance, and they even have a wagon to hep you pull the chairs (they have those too) and the beach umbrella (they have that too). The entire family loved it. If you get tired of being sandy there is a beautiful pool just a few houses down as well.

It was a very spacious condo that was close to the pool. My only complaint would be that it could have been cleaning. There were clothes and underwear left in the dresser, a vise cotton ball in the bathroom & several live beatle looking bugs that we saw multiple times on the kitchen counter. All in all a nice condo & we would probably go back

5 stars for the ease of access to beach, golf course and many tourist attractions The property setting is beautiful with a view of the golf course and not a parking lot! Which makes it feel like less of a condo. The entire house was furnished nicely from pots/pans to decor. I realize in Myrtle Beach the properties don't get much down time. The unit was clean, but time should be scheduled for a deep clean. Baseboards and windows need some attention as well as a patio clean up to remove the winter debris.

Nice little spot.
This is a little hidden gem in Cherry Grove. A little bit of a walk, but very clean and nice on the inside. I also loved that anything you'd need for a beach or pool trip is already there. The inside was very clean and tidy. Everything you would need in the kitchen is already there. The garbage disposal was causing a bad odor and would not turn on. We didn't see maintenance through our stay, but I did get a response. The only small complaint is that you cannot rent golf carts because they are not allowed on the property unless you own a unit. There were many golf carts on premises, so I am not sure why that is an issue. They was mentioned when renting the place, so I was informed, though it would have made this stay a lot better. Nice place. May rent again.

Disaster
Where to begin?? Our family of 6 arrived around 5:30 PM to be greeted by a very WARM & humid house - 77 degrees! Thermostat would not go below 77 during our entire stay. We called owner (who lives out of state) & she stated the previous guests didn’t complain(?) OK? but they’re not the ones here now in the extremely warm house. After 3 days with temps in house climbing to 80 degrees, being interrupted & having to endure visits from multiple HVAC company’s. We requested window units for 2nd floor, 2 units were delivered (which my husband helped to install). This helped the upstairs, but the downstairs was continuing to get warmer & warmer, so the next day with no resolution in sight (during our stay @ the condo) we asked for a downstairs unit as well, as by this point the HVAC totally failed - NO central air at all! By Thursday (2 days before we were to depart) we were cool. At one point the owner offered to reimburse use for unused days, if we wanted to leave?? NO this was our family vacation that we waited all year for, we wanted a resolution. One HVAC repairman recommended to owner that replacing the AC unit would be the best & most affordable option! We were completely dismayed by this experience! The final straw was that we had to depart earlier than the required time (10:00), as the HVAC company was coming at 8:30 AM to install A NEW HVAC unit - - just in time for the next weeks renters, but by this time we were out of luck - completely inconvenienced. We kindly asked for a refund for each day we had no air & entertained HVAC companies; we didn’t receive a refund for 3 days (period of time we were inconvenienced), we did however receive a small refund, which just added salt to our wounds! GOOD LUCK to future renters!

Great stay
This is a very nice condo in a quiet location. We did walk to the beach with the included wagon and chairs, about a 15 minute walk with 5 and 7 year olds. The pool in the complex is less than a 5 minute walk. It was great to have a washer and dryer, for our 4 night stay two laundry pods were provided. Two things to mention, no beach/pool towels are provided which we did know ahead of time. I’m sure they are hard to provide because people don’t return them. The other thing my son and daughter in law mentioned is that the upstairs bed frames are noisy in both rooms.

Lovely quiet location just minutes from the beach with a nice sized pool in the neighborhood. It was the perfect place for a nice relaxing vacation with my family. They also provided a few games, puzzles, and books for those times when the weather wasn't cooperating with our outdoor plans. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful beach vacation
We loved this property at North Myrtle Beach. It was very comfortable for our family of 6. We enjoyed the quiet area with a short walk through neighborhoods to the beach. The rental property was clean and well equipped for cooking in the unit but there were also quality restaurants just a short walk or drive away. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again.

When we arrived, it hadn’t been cleaned. We contacted Sara who took care of that immediately! The property is spacious and quiet, but close to plenty to do. The beach is about a 8 minute walk and the pool (which opened 5 days before our arrival) was used frequently by my kiddos even though it’s an outdoor pool and chilly. Sara was responsive and friendly to deal with. Would stay again, hopefully next time she’s had luck with good reliable cleaners because that would have made it a 5-star review.
