Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort in the Tilghman section of North Myrtle Beach offers the most inviting and comfortable vacation for families. Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort unit 1021 features 3 bedrooms (each with new flooring as of 2023), 3 private bathrooms, living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a television in each bedroom and the living area. The views from the 2 large balconies of this condo are exceptional with breathtaking and relaxing panoramic views of the ocean and the popular Surf Club golf course. There is balcony access from the master bedroom, living area, and dining area. The views are endless and spectacular! This resort was certainly designed for comfort, family fun, and relaxation.

Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort is conveniently located within minutes of popular attractions, entertainment, shopping, and restaurants. The famous Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach is located right down Ocean Blvd, just about 5 minutes away. Enjoy the local eateries and unique shops along with the famous bars of the state dance, "The Shag", where it all originated. Nature is present in all of the other communities of North Myrtle Beach; Cherry Grove, Crescent Beach, and Windy Hill. Experience fishing from the Cherry Grove Pier, crabbing from the saltwater inlets and marshes, and watch that stunning sunset rest along the peaceful waves on the Carolina shores. Labor Day Weekend Getaway
The property listing was very accurate and the place was clean. We loved the condo. My only suggestion would be that the owners supply at least a full size trash can and spare trash bag. We were there for an extended weekend and our trash can was full on the first day (there’s a bathroom sized trash can in the kitchen and small trash cans in the bathrooms but that’s it) and there were no spare bags.

Great time and location to beach.
Loved the balconies. The views and breeze are great. Everything was lovely with the exception of the living room furniture. It needs to be updated. It's uncomfortable and cloth. Probably not the cleanest. We didn't go to hang around inside, but it rained 5 days out of 7. We had fun and a great stay.

First - 5+ stars for Seaside Vacations and Robert in Maintenance (we got to know him well) Cleanliness: Bedspreads had to be removed when we arrived - old and looked dirty All shower curtains (one with pink mold) had to be replaced Dining Room - dried contact lens left on table and chocolate on a chair Carpet - old, dirty and needs to be replaced Furnishings: This unit needs serious updating. Living Room - very small tv, poor lighting from a very small lamp, furniture is very small and uncomfortable (looks like staging or lobby furniture) No cable channels on TV Kitchen - dim lighting, small trashcan, refrigerator door shelves missing Two very small pillows for king bed No extra pillows Dirty blankets left in master bedroom closet Broken twin box spring Mattress in queen room has a valley and needs to be replaced Robert with Seaside Vacations came three days in a row to: 1 - bring clean blankets to use for Bedspreads and take the others to be cleaned 2 - bring new shower curtains and program cable channels on LR tv 3 - remove and replace broken boxspring I look forward to working with Seaside Vacations again. But, it will not be to rent this condo.

Large amount of space
Had a great time. Good views from both balconies. We didn’t think there would be linens and yet there were; a pleasant surprise. Not as much couch space but we made do. A part of the AC unit broke. We called in the morning and the unit was fixed by dinner time.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was clean and ready in a timely fashion. The size was perfect for our group and we loved having 2 balconies. The pools, hot tubs, and lazy river were of a good size and well kept. We are planning on vacationing here again next year and would recommend this property to others.

Good afternoon, After a long day of driving , waiting to get into the property and unpacking we went out to dinner. When we returned we had a very hard time opening the door sounds like we were lucky to get in at all. I notified Seaside the next morning. Someone did come out on Sunday and did verify the lock was broken and needed replacement but parts were needed to get it done. They were trying to get a hold of the owner. I told Seaside on Sunday that we would lock up our valuables in the car but we did not want to make anyone stay home. It took a few days to get this all settled. On Monday or Tuesday someone from Tilghman came up to try the keys himself and did verify it was broken, as well as the dishwasher was not working and needed to be replaced. It was not working when we arrived. I am sure you will see that I had to call Seaside a few times. What I am a little perturbed about was that when it was finally fixed, not sure if it was Tuesday or Wednesday but we never got a call from Seaside that it was done which I believe they said they would call. We went about our business making the best of it we could locking computers, I pads etc... in the car and went out and about. I feel with all fees you charge we are entitled to a notification at least. On the bright side the staff and maintenance person who first came and who might have been the person who fixed it was fantastic. The support personnel at the desk, pool area, snack bar and cleaning people who were there daily could not be nicer. I give Tilghman an A Seaside a D

This property sleeps 8 but had seating in the living room for about 4 comfortably. TV was fairly small as well. Matresses in non master bedrooms were very old and worn out. Carpeting in bedrooms was nasty and needs ripped out. Our feet were black if we went barefoot. The kitchen was adequate but could use better knifes, more serving dishes and the garbage can was pitiful for 5 people- we had to empty it twice a day. Otherwise was a great location and we loved the resort but this unit needs some TLC. Loved the spaciousness of the unit and the balconies/views.

Great location - could use some updates
The Tilghman is a great property in a very convenient location near the beach. This condo was spacious and clean, but unfortunately a bit outdated and uncomfortable. The rugs are quite old and worn. The living room furniture is small and uncomfortable. For a condo that sleeps eight you could not seat even 4 in the living room. Some of the mattresses were uncomfortable as well. Some other family were staying in another condo in the building and for the same price had a much more comfortable space. Hopefully some updates will be made to make this a very worthwhile rental.

Nice condo
Condo is a corner unit with two nice sized balconies. Views from balconies are beautiful. Balconies could use a good cleaning. Beds are comfortable. Mattresses are not very firm. King bed could use some sheets that fit better. Lots of room with good sized bedrooms and baths. Condo could use a few upgrades. We enjoyed our time and thank you for sharing. Resort is kept very clean daily! Staff is friendly. Perfect for families or couples. We will rent again.

Peaceful and quiet close enough to all the towns and tourist attractions you can imagine.
From deep sea fishing at under $50 a person , to all u.can.eat seafood buffets, to shows, arcades, malls, shopping you name it all close by with out being in the hustle and bustle of the myrtle beach strip.

Overall the property was good.
Location was great. A short walk to the beach. Some restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The condo did have a few small issues. I smelled cigarette smoke every time I entered. One of the toilets leaked and there was a full trash can under the leaking line and water on the floor when I arrived. We had to turn the water off and on as we used it. The kitchen light was very dim. I think some bulbs were out. The staff there were great and we enjoyed the pool area. This was my second stay at this complex and I would definitely return.

There was a problem with our washer and coffee maker.
Even though there was a problem with our washer and our coffee maker was broke upon arrival. The management bought over a new coffee maker right away. And the made good because since we didn't have use of the washer. I would definitely stay with them again the property was beautiful, and the management company was wonderful.

Nice place on the beach
We had 5 adults and one teen. The unit worked fine for us. It is spacious and had all the basics. Location was great - across street from beach with crosswalk to make access easy, with showers and bathrooms at the beach access. Staff at Tilghman was great, kids programs were running, it’s a very good place for family and kids, but nice for adults. Pool area was well-maintained and nicely arranged. The Tilghman does a nice job of watching the details, down to keeping enough luggage carts on hand and organized. This particular unit is dated, but adequate and clean.

The condo is exactly as described. The location was perfect - so nice to wake up each morning and see the ocean from the living room windows and balconies. The condo was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. We would definitely stay here again!
