"We found the are to be much better than what we expected. The property had numerous things to do onsite… raquetball, hot tubs, pools, arcade, pool tables, lazy river, corn hole, hammocks, and all right on the beach. Amazing!"

"The apartment needs an update. Mattresses need replaced and there should be more lighting in the bedroom and kitchen. Table and chairs and end table and coffee table were pretty beat-up and should be replaced. I would suggest the walls and baseboards be painted."

"We have now stayed at Dunes through the resort and through the Raffias. We love dunes village. The amenities are awesome- water park, lazy river, kids activities, upgraded playground, beach. It’s awesome for rainy days and great weather. This condo was immaculate - very clean, with everything you needed to clean. It had a vacuum! The resort one did not and everything is carpet so it drove me nuts. The three bedrooms were spacious and beds very firm. The view was outstanding. Like all angle ocean...
