"The lobby area of the property was nice. Once the elevator doors opened and we walked into the hallway, things changed. One of the nearby apartments had a dog that viciously barked as we walked to our apartment door. The door lock didn't fit the door and protruded out from the door itself. Inside our apartment, the room smelled unclean. Next, the floors were some kind of vinyl laminate that was coming up and didn't lay flat on certain areas throughout.
