"There was really little to recommend this property. There was an appalling smell in the bathroom (presumably from the drains) which permeated into the lounge area. The area wasn't very nice. It was up two flights of stairs which wasn't easy for me to cope with. There was an issue on check-in as the email that was sent an hour before did not correspond to the actions required for the parking space and we had to ring up about it. Someone else parked in our designated space on our final night...

"Good points - very dog friendly, easily accessible shared garden area, comfy bed, powerful shower, excellent curry delivered from next door Niggles - large green light permanently on in the ceiling, flooded the whole room with a green glow that kept us awake. Very thin walls which are not great when the guests in the neighbouring room stay up until 2am, no ventilation (no window to open) so very stuffy even in December"

"It was the best place I’ve stayed at in Peterborough so far. Clean, nice, and central. Only criticisms are the shower door was broken/not attached properly ( I expect this was a previous resident and hasn’t been noticed yet) and that the double bed was 2 singles with a double sheet over it, so I kept waking up falling down the middle! Rooms spacious, furnishing basic We booked for a party of 8, however there were only 6 dining chairs, 6 metal knives and only 5 mugs, of which one had a broken handle.
