"We loved the bones of the house and for the price, we were quite satisfied. Plenty of space, nice layout, beautiful staircase and foyer. Nice fireplace in the living room. Excellent kitchen, nice dining room. The house was, in it's time, a real beauty and the setting is very peaceful...but it's time for some TLC on the property in general...carpets, doors, woodwork all need re-freshing and or reworking. Bathrooms are clean but in the original 1950's condition. A water softener/filtering system...

"This was a 4 day getaway to relax. While there is no water view from the property, a short walk and some steps led us to the perfect semiprivate beach. There were umbrellas, chairs and 2 kayaks available to use. Despite it being mid September, the water was swimmable and the temps were high 80s. We brought our dogs with us and they loved swimming in the water. I can't speak to how busy it is during the peak summertime, but we had the entire stretch to ourselves. Loved that! Loved our stay

"It was perfect for us. We had our granddaughters with us, they loved the pool. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. It's super close to Granger Community Church where we visited on Sunday. The only thing I missed was a hair blow dryer. But everything else was wonderful and just what we needed for our weekend. "

Four Winds is fantastic for a family's quick stay

"What a treat for our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) on a college visit road trip. Found a great deal, we enjoyed one night on the 20th floor in a pristine room. Great Hotel & Resort for exploring, especially in cold weather. Lots of hallways, conference rooms, and an expansive weight room. The shower, with dual heads, is spectacular and refreshing. The pool was closed for winter, and teens aren't allowed in the casino, but plenty of good restaurant options. And the folks at the front desk could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Great deal, highly recommend!"
