*WEDDINGS: We host weddings at The Stables! The ceremony is held in our Woodland Wedding space and the reception is beneath our white canopy sail tent. Weddings are booked at additional cost. More information on our wedding package and rates can be found on our 1885 Farms website. We are not able to schedule tours for prospective wedding couples through vrbo, but please feel free to reach out directly to schedule your tour!
Please note, we only allow groups of 16. This is in accordance with the local laws and regulations. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
You must be at least 25 years old to book a stay with us.
Outdoor music must played at a reasonable volume at all times, and must be turned off by 10pm. You are welcome to bring the music inside after 10pm as long as all of the doors and windows remain closed.
Small portable bluetooth speakers only. Bluetooth speakers cannot be larger than 12 in x 12 in. No partyboxes, speakers on wheels, DJ equipment, etc.
We are a marijuana-free home and property. We do not allow the use of marijuana inside the home OR outside the home.
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors.
No pets.
No confetti or glitter anywhere in the home or on the property.
No parties unless prior permission from the host is granted. No visitors that are not included in your total guest count.
