"Excellent, spacious, bright and well-stocked two-floor home for our writing retreat. Daniel was a wonderful, highly-responsive host. Location in Eastman is quite good, just a short walk to amazing La Station Cafe, McMurray Pub, grocery store, boulangerie for fresh bread and treats, and a couple of other fresh/frozen food boutiques a convenience store. "The chalet was very beautiful and the service was incredible. The first chalet we got had no working fans and they very quickly changed us to another one to make us confortable (it was very hot that weekend). The only thing that was a bit less pleasant was the 1km walk to the chalet with all our stuff. They did warn us beforehand but I didn’t expect it to be that difficult. Other wise I would definitely recommend!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the zoobox. It was perfect for our three children ages 2, 4 and 7. They especially loved the hamster wheel. It kept them very busy. We had everything we needed and we were comfortable. It was more spacious than we thought for a family of five. The kids loved swimming in the lake. The walk through the trails was beautiful. "Room was nice and modern. Downfall is the train tracks are less than 50 ft from the room windows. VERY loud. Our room was also above the parking garage so Everytime the door opens and closes it’s loud and the room vibrates. Hot tub was nice. "

"-Great location near the water and the main street. -I stayed during the winter so the fireplace was nice and cozy. It snowed a lot while we were there and the snow was always removed from the parking lot and walk way to the door. -Check in woth the lock box was easy! -Kitchen is well equipped - i enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this place to anyome :)"
