"If you are looking for a property with good value look no more. The rooms are comfortable, clean, plenty of extra seating and lighting. It’s in a pleasant setting with open landscaping in front of it and available lawn seating in the warmer months. Breakfast is small continental but all you really need to get started. I will come back again and recommend it to friends. "

"The staff at check in were very understanding when I expressed my need for a second floor room (which is what I booked and was initially told was not available). This was addressed and rectified before there was a problem simply by listening to the customer. I love a staff member who can problem solve AND the Colleague, within earshot completely supportive! Something I have noticed sliding since the pandemic. Well, the Kanata Comfort Inn is bringing back Customer Service 🙌"
