"This place is a gem! Quirky and quaint with friendly hosts. We were just passing through for one night, but I wish it could have been more. The bed was comfy, the decorations beachy/artsy, and I really loved the screen porch and the canal. We took a kayak out in the bay and walked to a nearby restaurant. The area has been hit hard by hurricanes, but the community is working hard to keep its identity. I felt happy to be a tiny part of that. "

"Edison Beach House was awesome!! Our room had everything we could need, and a great view of the beach!! The staff was very friendly and accomodating when we had a delayed arrival. The only negative in regard to the property was related to unfortunate timing on our part because the new pool was closed for maintenance, and the water was shut off for a few hours for work on the property. The property is close to nearby restaurants. The damage from Hurricane Ian is still very obvious in the area...
