This cozy and unique home fits 5 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 full size bed, 1 a comfortable full size futon, and a full kitchen! We have a gas grill as well. is in a community with a tiki style pool, pickle ball, shuffle board, 2 dog parks, laundry facilities.. It's conveniently located 15 minutes from the Punta Gorda airport, & 15 minutes from downtown Fort Myers. There are many stores, restaurants, nightlife and clubs, and a short drive from the amazing shell factory.

Family Visit
Overall the house was nice and slept comfortably. The listing did advertise there was an ironing board and iron, which i was really depending on to iron out wrinkles to clothes needed for a memorial service. However, there was not one to be found. So, that put a monkey wrench in things. All in all, nice and quite cute little place, I would stay there again if in the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Cute Hobbit House
We stayed 3 nights in the Hobbit House. We were visiting my cousin in Fort Myers so it was a very convenient location. The house was very comfortable and clean. It has everything you need in a small place and decorated very cute. We were very happy we could bring our pups. Jennifer made sure everything was okay. We had a great stay.

Hobbit House stay
We were looking for an economical place to stay for a week while visiting friends nearby. Hobbit House fit the bill. Although we typically left the property after breakfast and didn't return until after 10:00 pm, Hobbit House has everything needed for anyone spending more time there. It is convenient to Ft. Myers and just a 30 mile drive to Sanibel.

The property owner was very helpful from the very beginning. She gave detailed instructions on location and check in. Everything was as described. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there next time we are in town visiting family. The little hobbit house is cute as a button and our go to from now on!

Lovely little place
It was close to all of our events as we were here for my daughters wedding. The neighbors were all very nice and friendly. It also provided us with a place to get away from everything when we needed. My gps did have a hard time finding it, but Jennifer gave us the accurate directions and then found it no problem. I cant wait to come back and stay again.

Clean and comfortable! Quiet neighborhood. We were initially concerned about the ability of the air conditioners to make the house comfortable, but they did the job just fine. The beds were also very comfortable! Jenniffer was helpful, and quick to respond to any inquiries that we made. Our son enjoyed the pool every day on our trip!

AMAZING
We stay at vacation homes all over the state of Florida and this is by far the best one! It was SO cute and had amazing decor! Yes it was small but we had 5 of us and a dog and still everyone said it was the best place we've stayed! Love grows best in little houses! The host was beyond amazing also! She had donuts and cinnamon rolls and snacks and even coffee creamer! It's like she thought of everything you may have forgotten! There was a hair straightener, razors, soap, toothbrushes... everything! This place was incredible and we cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

I picked this property because of the pool, gas grill and bike which were included. I was disappointed that the host didn’t notify me that the pool was closed, the gas grill didn’t work and the bike was no were to be found. The home itself was fine. I feel the host should have notified us ahead of us arriving because she knew the pool and grill weren’t available for use and some compensation should have been offered.
