The Wild Game Inn
3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (8)
"Let me preface this review, with the fact that Expedia listed this property as in Darby, Montana, when in fact it was an hour outside of Darby essentially, and I also did not expect it to be a "bed and breakfast" as we booked in a hurry, and it was buried in the details. "It was really great for a quick overnight stay. Clean and pleasant and comfortable. A lot of cooking gadgets. The fancy coffee maker did NOT work and no instructions. It was a fun location up the mountain but not too far. But the directions received by the host could be simplified a bit. I understand it is a new build so it wouldn't show up on a map app. But we found it just fine. Good directions but just a little too wordy. Thanks for the hospitality. "

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (57)
"Property is as advertised. Checkin was easy. Communication with the owner was quick and clear. Cottage was clean and well stocked with supplies. Location is great, it's a quiet neighbourhood. Road in front wasn't busy, although we were here during the offseason I think, might be different during the summer months. View from the front porch is stunning!! Lots of great hiking trails in the area. Great experience staying here, would stay here again!"
