"I'm not sure if these rooms are recently renovated, but we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was modern! We had a great nightly rate for the offseason, and the entire property was very quiet and in a convenient location."

"The Cape Cod Inn is a decent motel. The rooms are clean and spacious and quiet. We found it very convenient to park outside our door. It’s a very short walk to restaurants and shops and a ten minute walk to the ferry to either Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. Good value for the money, would definitely stay again. "

"The Inn is a 2 story motel across from the harbor. It is a quick walk to downtown Hyannis the restaurants and the John Kennedy museum, worth the visit. The owner is very friendly and helpful and keeps a safe, clean and nicely appointed property. This Inn is great for a one night visit or a week with the family."

"Can’t really beat location. The bay, the sunsets and a quiet neighborhood are all fantastic. The openness of the home provides room for everyone and still makes you feel cozy. TV instructions would be nice. New chair pads for the furniture would make it comfortable. Great to have a washer and dryer. Fabulous to be able to bring my dog to such a beautiful area.
