COME EXPERIENCE AN AMAZING WATERFRONT VACATION!

This place is an absolute gem with lots of beautiful features from the setting to the newly renovated sprawling rancher w/5 bedrooms to the hot tub and sunset views!

And picture this! Cooking on vacation will be amazing here because it has water views on two sides and a full view of the dreamy backyard and you can watch your family while cooking! (We also have a gas grill outside on deck)

It has a beautiful large gourmet chef’s kitchen with fully stocked for your cooking needs and yes for you coffee lovers we have a keurig coffee maker with a single serve option or you can brew a full pot and do provide some coffee for you, also have an electric tea kettle and tea options!

And it also has a wet bar with a mini fridge & large ice maker to fill that cooler before you head out on the boat!
The kitchen also has a large island and a breakfast nook with incredible water views of course!

It has a dreamy dining room with a large table to have family dinners and the great room with comfy corner couch and has large doors with water views and a frame tv for watching those games or that movie night together.

It also has a cozy den with a wood burning fireplace, another tv, bookshelves with some good reads and more water views.

You ll find a large laundry room/butlers pantry just off the kitchen.

Now let’s talk about where you ll sleep!
Good sleep is an important part of vacation am I right?

The left wing has a delightful Master bedroom with a king bed and luxurious bedding w/ amazing water views to wake up to, it has a tv and a huge en-suite bathroom with a huge bubble soaking tub, double vanities and a shower with two shower heads and jets! Truly an experience!

There’s also a sweet queen bedroom and a beautiful hall bathroom with a luxurious large tile shower in that wing.

Then across the kitchen and dining you ll see a right wing and that has two king bedrooms and a hall bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a double bunk bed with 2 queens on the bottom and 2 full beds on top. This also has an electronic game table for those game lovers in your group!

You ll also see a powder room and the garage entrance.

Outside you ll find a lovely large deck with outdoor living space and comfy furniture, a gas grill and a table with an umbrella.

A nice hot tub with water views!

A breeo fire pit and chairs right beside the river,
Pickle ball and cornhole and spike ball games are here for you to enjoy as well as some kids bikes.

A double lounge canopy bed and a porch swing tucked on the edge of the water perfect to watch the boats or soak in some sunshine with a cold drink in hand!

It has a pebbly sandy beach area right off the back yard at the marina you can enjoy. We provide a few sand toys and also some beach towels and two beach chairs.

We have two kayaks and life jackets for you to use/

🚤You can also rent a boat slip at the marina for your boat. (We do not have a dock or launch)

Enjoy fishing right off the rocks in the backyard!

The sweet small town of northeast is a few miles away and is home to the famous woody’s crab house and a few great cafes/ brunch spots, also some sweet shops and it’s a delight to walk under the string lights draped over the streets at night while eating ice cream.

We also have a few min to a small grocery and a crab/seafood restaurant with outdoor picnic style seating. Go see our guidebook for more details on these spots!

We do have some yard to the left if the house that has been seeded recently due to renovations that had happened! It is not in the hang out area!
Please do not instant book this property for events without communicating with the host if u plan on having more than 16 guests on the property at any time!

we typically do not allow extra guests in and out even if not spending the night, unless permitted by host..
in which extra charges of $30 per person per additional person may be added.

we do allow pets with host communication , and do have a pet fee in place , this needs to be paid prior to checkin, so please enter your pet onto the reservation.
Pet fee is good for 1 pet , each pet has its own pet fee.
In order for you to bring your pet and for us to maintain our high level of cleanliness our pet policy includes no pets on furniture and absolutely no pets unattended unless confined to their cage.

No loud Music during quite hours.
