"Very modern design, large room with fantastic vue over the harbour. Comfortable beds. There however no adequate space for clothes in the room (no wardrobe or shelves), just a small rack with a few hangers. The pool was very nice, we really enjoyed our time there. Location is excellent! Close to the shopping mall, harbour and major attractions. Overall service was good except at breakfast we found it a bit sloppy..our waiter wasn't particularly friendly. We thought that the breakfast was overpriced and not worth the money therfore we didn't return. I had to pay full price for the child as well. "

"Super convenient location! Bascially you can get all the things (food for us) you need within walking distance. Metro is like 1minute walk down to the mall and considered the fluctuating weather condition in Singapore, it is very important for our family of 4 to be able to access transport without getting wet. The rooftop pool had an amazing view and visiting other observatory becomes unesscessary because you can basically have the best view at the rooftop!"

"The hotel was overall good for me. I loved that the Raffles Place was directly available from inside the hotel, saving me few minutes of Singaporean sun. This allowed for direct access to the City Hall MRT station. Overall transportation was excellent. Hotel facilities were good as well, clean and well-maintained. Absolutely no complains here. Check-in and check-out seemed to be chaotic, and the staff during that time did not seem too helpful. Check in seemed to be self-service, which is fine, but it was not too easy as even the hotel staff that stepped in took some time to complete the process. Check-out had quick check-out process, but it just had a large amount of checking in guests in the way of checking out. But overall, despite me writing two paragraphs on this topic, was not a defining factor in my experience. Overall, the experience was great, and if anyone is looking for a conveniently located hotel, with well-maintained facilities, I recommend it, it even has a tennis court, and in typical Singaporean fashion, safe and beautiful even at night."

"Resort is clean and quiet with free shuttle to MRT station. At the back is a park and beach and on the side is a waterpark. In front of property is a mall with a walkway from resort to the mall. It takes time to discover it."
