"If you need an affordable trip with tons of things to do, this is a great place to stay. Tons of great restaurants and activities all in walking distances. Clean and comfy for a night in too. Only con we experienced is an extremely soft mattress but that’s subjective and doesn’t affect ta perfect 10/10 rating. "

"I was in town for a professional conference. The owner was excellent and timely with communication. The suite is very nice and the owner provided wonderful amenities. Internet was fantastic and much needed as this was a work-related trip. The neighborhood was very quiet, bed was comfortable and it could not have been a better experience staying at this property."

"The location was perfect for our needs but very busy train tracks. Spacious with high ceilings and comfortable furniture and beds. Small bathroom with great hot water. Coffee maker didn’t work well and would benefit from new carpet. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. Filtered water in fridge was welcome. "

"My husband and i stayed here with my parents while we were in town to visit both of my grown children who live in the area. We were able to gather for visits very comfortably as a group of 8 for dinners and the 4 of us had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time in Dayton in the house each morning and afternoon. We will definitely stay here again while in the area."

"This was an older apartment building in a nice neighborhood, mostly made up of private homes. I'm a walker, so was happy to find a nice walking trail close by. People I encountered were extremely friendly; seems like a nice safe area. Comfortable bed and other furnishings. My biggest complaint was that everything in the kitchen was covered with a greasy film, even the light fixture. Possibly wouldn't matter to anyone except a clean freak like me. "Our stay was great! The place looks new and was very clean, very comfortable and easy access. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom has no outlets to do your hair or anything. They didn't have soap, shampoo or any bath products except softsoap on the sink. Towels were very nice. Didn't really like the parking on the narrow street either but it worked and nothing happened so that was good. Overall, it is a very nice place and I would stay again for sure. "

"Went to Dayton to visit my kids at UD. Cozy corner was so close to campus ~1 mile . Place was clean, fully equipped and outfitted with spices and coffee. Close to restaurants in Oregon district. Talk to host who came over to meet me and show where parking was (back entry to Vrbo)"

"Very comfortable apartment, quiet neighborhood, responsive host. Front steps are a bit steep and uneven but manageable. Street parking is a little tight. Only items i couldn't find were dust pan and dish soap. This was my first time in an air b&b, would be happy to stay here again."

"This was a comfortable place to stay in a quiet area, the host was so nice and kept in contact with us. We got lucky and was able to add a day to our stay. Easy drive to restaurants."

"It is old and worn down. The carpet is very old. The area behind the end table is dirty. It is probably the original furniture. I will just have to pay more and go somewhere else to get pretty. It is my fault for expecting more."
