Whether you're a skier, a leaf-peeper, or two families vacationing together, you'll feel right at home here, thanks to two living areas, two full kitchens, and a wood-burning fireplace to toast your toes after a day spent exploring. In the summer months, you can light the gas grill for summer barbecues on the spacious deck; come winter, you'll have a flatscreen cable TV to watch as your wool socks and ski gear spin in the private washer/dryer. At night, you'll find two bedrooms and a full bathroom on each of the two levels - two queen bedrooms upstairs and a queen bedroom and another room with a set of bunk beds downstairs.

Cranmore Mountain Resort, offering 56 trails, nine lifts, and 170 acres of terrain, is only a quarter-mile up the road, while other popular mountain resorts - Attitash (nine miles west), Wildcat (19 miles north), and Bretton Woods (31 miles northwest) - are a short drive away. Spend a fun-filled day with your kids at Story Land (seven miles north) or take a fall drive to remember on the nearby Kancamagus Highway, one of the most famous routes in the country for autumn foliage.

Perfect weekend getaway to get in the holiday spirit!
Absolutely awesome location for all the winter activities and holiday shopping. The home was warm and cozy.. perfect after a long day of being outdoors. We will definitely be returning!

Great location, good size home.
The house is right down the road from Cranmore and downtown North Conway. Plenty of driveway space for 3 cars and big space to accommodate 8 of us.

Great stay & location!
Our group of friends had a wonderful time at this house. Well stocked kitchen and grill made for a nice evening. And it's super close to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown North Conway. Also close to hikes and Gorham where we rented off road vehicles. Would recommend this house to groups!

We loved our stay here. There were 7 of us, and plenty of room. Set up our badminton set, hung out on the deck, had a great time. Lots of space for us to just hang and enjoy. Would definitely rent again!

Great time with family!
This was a great place for our group of 6 adults to stay. House was clean, well kept and had plenty of room. Great location for hikes, trails and close to town. The water wasn't on when we arrived with no instructions but we easily figured out how to get it going. Would highly recommend and we would go back.

Location is a plus
Location can't be beat...very convenient to the mountain/center. Had all the utilities you need...updated kitchen, nice/functioning fireplace... Beyond that, was blown away (to put it nicely) by the rest of the house. Furniture could use upgrade, bathrooms were outdated, and exterior doors need fixing. In fairness to the house, most of my displeasure with the stay came from a poor guest services experience with vacasa that lead to a less than satisfactory experience..That said, I would stay again solely because of the location convenience.

Cranmore Haven
This home was very clean and the towels and linens provided were great. The setting was beautiful as fresh snow had just fallen, The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was awesome. The kitchen had most things needed. Some needed suggestions for improvements would be end and coffee tables as there is no place to put drinks down while watching TV or looking at the fireplace. There were no wine glasses! Also the kitchen lacked pot holders so we ended up using towels, Overall we will come back!

Beautiful property. House was filled with amenities.
Perfect vacation...except the power outage. Still had water which was a plus. House was great. We didn’t get to use most of the electronics or appliances due to the outage but would have been perfect otherwise. Jerry came to try and fix bunk beds. We didn’t need them anyway. But he was most helpful. Great location. Would definitely go back.

Great Place
This was overall a great place for our Girl's Weekend! So close to all the shops, adorable neighborhood-along with a friendly neighbor cat! The upstairs of the house was great, kitchen was adorable and well stocked. The living room was spacious, the couch so comfortable. The dining room table sat us all comfortably for our midnight games and drinks. The back deck was so nice to sit out on!! The cons were that the mattresses on the twin bunk beds were like sleeping on springs and that room also had an odor, especially with the door shut. The downstairs was quite dark, and loud with ppl upstairs. Overall though, a great stay and we would stay again. We do this annually and this comfortable space is definitely a contender for next year!!

Sweet 4 bedroom - perfect for 2 families!
We had a wonderful stay here with our family of four and another family of three. The downstairs can be loud at night so sound machines helped drown out the noise for parents that want to stay up later. The AC upstairs was key.. although we had to unplug something first in the bedrooms to plug anything else in or we would blow the fuse in there. Not a huge problem and easy to flip the switch downstairs. One main thing I would note and this has more to do with the rental agency than the property.. bring your own linens if possible, since you’ll make and strip the beds anyways. The sheets were basic and the towels were pretty small. We would definitely stay here again and bring our own next time!

Great place in N Conway
Can't beat the location mins away from N Conway Center and Cranmore tucked in a nice little neighborhood. Overall very solid option. It's like a two-family home with separate kitchens for each level. We didn't use both but a nice option these days. Property manager is professional company so will charge for things like early check-in/late check-out. You have to remove trash yourself and they will charge you if you don't, but they have a dumpster nearby (still something that a lot of cleaning fees include in this price range). Move-in process was easy and they are very responsive. Gas grill didn't work which was a big disappointment and it could use some bigger pots. All in all great location, nice yard, and nice home in a family-friendly neighborhood. Would stay again.
