Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath, Sun filled New Englander style Farmhouse boasts all the amenities you could possibly need. Exceptionally clean and spacious with all new appliances/furniture, freshly painted exterior within 2 blocks to downtown on a quaint "Norman Rockwell-ish" residential side street will draw you to visit year after year. The bright kitchen leads to a laundry room and full bathroom as well as the 1st floor bedroom/den. Our spacious sun filled master bedroom with walk in closet, king size bed, along with wide pine flooring and two additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor includes a full bathroom, music room/office/den.
Living room features a wood stove that's perfect for entertaining with private deck leading to oversized fenced in yard with a fire pit, and a outside hot tub. Screened in farmers porch that's perfect to store your skis during the winter season or golf clubs during the warmer months with plenty of off street parking. Games, movies, netflix, books, and free wifi makes this "has it all" home a wonderful and affordable getaway within steps to fantastic restaurants, shopping, ski resorts and much more. Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, within walking distance to downtown North Conway. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our week long stay.

Great place
Loved our stay here! It was walking distance to so many good spots (food, shopping, hiking). Lots of comfortable beds, and plenty of space for us to have our two little ones (2.5 years old and 2 months old) along. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!

This home was cozy and clean. Perfect space for our family for our annual snowmobile trip. The local can’t be beat.. you can walk right into town. Would highly recommend!

Great place!
Hope to return next year. It was everything the listing said it was. it was clean and spacious for 5 adults. Loved the quiet location, right near downtown. Walked to many restaurants, attractions and stores.

We had the best time weather was perfect close to downtown Conway attended fryeburg for 2 days used hot tub and. Fire pit we left wood for next guest hope to return next year thank you

Charming house, perfect location
We loved our stay here! The house is lovely and comfortable, with a very well-appointed kitchen if you feel like cooking... but with lots of good restaurants a short walk away, we didn't do very much of that! Also appreciate very much that the owners were very quick to respond to questions.

Perfect location close to downton North Conway and Cranmore
Visited Diann's property with 4 adults and 5 children. Location was close to shops/restaurants in downtown North Conway and only a few minutes to the base of Cranmore. House was cozy and had all the necessary amentities. Hot tub was a plus after a day on the slopes. Will likely return again in the future.

Excellent family get away for skiing
Accommodations were lovely and suited our 2 families well. The house was well appointed and cozy. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the dining table was large enough for all 9 of us to eat at once (5 kids, 4 adults). The close proximity to Cranmore for skiing was wonderful. We would definitely return for another ski weekend!

Cozy cottage
We came up for a family ski weekend. Skied attitash and wildcat. Attitash is about 15 min drive. Wildcat was 30 min. House is very cozy with small wood burning stove/fireplace. Easy walk into town. Cute, quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was great after ski day.

The house was clean and the hot tub was relaxing. The only problem was the WiFi was unusable and without WiFi it was a dead zone. And the kitchen lacked essentials…but bring everything you need to cook and you’ll be golden.

Just perfect!
This is the second time we have rented here and loved it as much this time as last! My husband and I stayed the week and our adult kids came and stayed at different times. It’s perfect for a group and what is so amazing is that you are close to everything, and yet feel very removed from the crowds. Can’t wait to return!

Storyland Getaway
This house was incredible! Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and have space and privacy while spending time together. Storyland was our reason to come to the area but we enjoyed the house even more. Quality time with the kids and grown up time in the backyard at night was priceless. Clean all around, an impressive number of kitchen supplies, and a quiet neighborhood made a memorable trip for two families with little ones.

Awesome house in the perfect location!
Perfect location for our tubing trip down the Saco. Walking distance to Zebs and other cool spots to shop and get fresh drinks and snacks. We ate dinner at the house, the kitchen is fully stocked. I was psyched about the spice rack! Each bedroom was spacious and had towels for each person. Great home!! Diann was wonderfully attentive if we needed anything. I can’t wait to go back. We LOVE the White Mountains!

Fantastic house in the mountains
Such a great house with so many wonderful amenities. We had so much fun spending the week here. When we weren't hiking in the mountains or zip lining at Cranmore (literally a three minute drive away), we were just hanging at the house playing games or watching a movie (there were a few rainy days on our trip). When we wanted dinner out, or some ice cream :), downtown North Conway was just an easy walk from the house. Thanks again for the hospitality, and we hope to come again soon.

Holiday Getaway
Our family of 3 (and small dog) enjoyed a 5 night stay Dec. 23-28th. The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable! We found the kitchen to be well stocked, the wood burning stove a bit small but easy to use! We took advantage of the outdoor hot tub. Only wish it was a bit more private but oh well! Despite the unfortunate weather (warm cloudy/rainy) we managed to have a great time! The location is FABULOUS! A short walk to shops, restaurants, and walking trails. We have family in the area and were able to host a dinner for 7 adults with plenty of room! We are grateful to the owners for sharing their beautiful home!

Family get away!
We loved this house, by far the best VRBO we have stayed in and will definitely be back! Plenty of room for our 4 adults, 5 children and 1 small King Charles Cavalier:) So close to town & sightseeing. Loved the screened in porch. Kids loved the hot tub and huge TV! Only issues we had were the dishwasher stopped working on the last day (not that we minded hand washing) & there was no gas for the outside gas grill, we weren't sure if we were supposed to supply that or not. Otherwise a fabulous vacation with the highlight being seeing a large black bear walking down the street right outside the house....
