This spacious home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, complemented by a dining room and a welcoming living room. Additionally, it offers a game room for entertainment and a dedicated workspace or music room for versatility. The property includes a deck with hot tub, a patio for outdoor dining, providing a serene outdoor space, all situated on a generous half-acre lot.

Main Floor Features:

Bedrooms: The main floor boasts three cozy bedrooms, providing ample sleeping space for guests. The main bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen and full bed, and the last bedroom a king bed. Each bedroom has its own television and a walk-in closet equipped with iron and ironing board, luggage rack, fans, hampers, extra linens and comforters, extra towels, and extra pillows.

Bathroom: A full-size bathroom with a double vanity sink, a relaxing bathtub with a hot shower, plush towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Living Room: The living room is a haven of comfort and fun, equipped with a 55 in TV, board games (North Conway-opoly), a plush couch, bench, coffee table, and two accent chairs. A spacious closet with hangers is available for coats and guest belongings. It also has a decorative wood stove. The living room also has a direct access to the deck with hot tub.

Dining Area: A separate dining space with an oversized table and eight chairs. An additional side table for extra food, a cabinet stocked with dinnerware essentials, and a coffee bar table with complimentary Keurig pods and coffee flavorings, cream and sugar, and tea for your enjoyment.

Kitchen: A fully-equipped kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts. Complete with a new fridge, dishwasher, double sink, oven, stove, microwave, and an array of kitchen necessities including pots, pans, bakeware, and appliances like a rice cooker, blender, bread maker, air fryer, waffle maker, and more.
