**ATTACHED APARTMENT UNIT WITH TENANT
You’ll be staying in a private single-family home, but there is a separate apartment in the back with a long-term tenant. The two spaces are completely separate—there’s no shared indoor space or direct access between them.

To ensure a great experience for everyone, we kindly ask that guests observe Quiet Hours from 10 PM to 7 AM and be mindful of noise near the shared walls (Dining Room and Den). Please also avoid lingering outside the back door and parking area out of respect for the tenant’s privacy.
