** THE SPACE **
Electric Fireplace with heater!
Spacious Accommodation: The home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, providing ample space for your group. Each room is thoughtfully furnished and offers a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. Plush bedding, cozy furnishings, and ample storage space ensure a relaxing stay for all guests.

Comfortably hosts 3 families (up to 6 adults & 6 kids) or 10 adults max. There are 4 bedrooms including a large loft area that would be a perfect place for children & adults to hang out. We even put a Nintendo Switch and 50" Smart TV up there for those rainy days! The 1st floor has a 55" Smart TV mounted over the mantel as well.
**All the twin beds in the loft area have a 200lb weight limit, no adults on the trundles please those are for kids only**

**Covid update** For the safety of our guests we have added a high output whole house air purifier to remove any germs, bacteria, and odors!

Each bedroom has room-darkening curtains, premium memory foam mattresses, and plenty of closet space for you to store your gear.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy your culinary creations in the dining area or bring it outside on the patio. There is a spice rack, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and utensils for creating large feasts for your friends and family.

Enchanting Fire Pit Patio: Step outside and be captivated by the magical ambiance of the fire pit patio, adorned with charming string lights. Gather around the fire, roast marshmallows, and create unforgettable memories under the starlit sky (Jun to Nov).

** HOUSE RULES (please read before booking)**
- Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
- No parties or events - if you are looking to play loud music or make a lot of noise outdoors this house is not the right fit.
- Must be 25+ yrs old to book (photo ID may be required)
- No additional guests than you have specified are allowed on the property
- No pets allowed
- No adults on the top bunks or trundles please those are for kids only

OTHER HELPFUL TIPS:
There is a washing machine and dryer located in the 1st floor master bedroom with detergent.

Ski rack right when you come in with boot dryers to get you up and running for the next day of powder!

All the TVs are smart Roku TVs that have guest mode enabled. This is a great feature that allows you to enter your own login access to your streaming services that will automatically be removed at the end of your stay.

Once you have reserved our home, we will be sending you text communications as well as a digital guest book that lists all the information you will need to have a relaxing stay.

We stayed four nights in this beautiful farmhouse, walking distance to the center of town, and an easy 5 to 10 minutes drive to the outlets and numerous hikes, including Echo Lake, Dianna ‘s Bath and Jackson Falls!

Girls weekend
The house is beautifully 😍 We went for a Mother's day weekend getaway and it was absolutely amazing. Has a big parking lot for 8 friends to come from diferent places to park. Is room for everyone. Winter getaway
Great location. We were close to skiing , tubing , shopping & great restaurants as well as Market Basket. The master shower was big hit for tired muscles. We did not make it out on the trail that was right behind the house, but could tell would be great in summer as well. Thank you!

Perfect!
We only stayed for two nights and can't wait to book again for a longer stay! The house was open, beautiful, clean, and awesome for families to be together but also have their own space. The location was perfect and the host was available for anything we needed but the house was well stocked.and organized so we never had to reach out!

A perfect spot!
We had an absolute blast on our recent trip to North Conway, thanks to Elvis and his beautiful home. The house was perfect for our group of family members, and lent itself to a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. The property was spotless and in perfect condition for our arrival. There was a significant snow storm while we were there and the attention to shoveling and plowing was excellent. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great Family Home
Great place to stay in North Conway. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving week here. Kitchen well stocked that allowed us to cook our family dinner with no problem. We had snow and Elvis had someone out first thing in the morning to clear our doors. North Conway cleared roads quickly as well. We had 7 adults and 1- 2 mo old. Worked perfect and had room for more kids if needed. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Highly Recommend 5 Star Stay!
This house and host exceeded our expectations! We are 2 couples who stayed here with our 6 kids total and we had plenty of room plus some! Kid’s throughly enjoyed the kids bedroom which is set up perfectly! This location could not have been any closer to all of our activities which included floating down the saco river, cathedrals ledge, echo lake, dianas bath and all the great stores the main strip has to offer as well as plenty of restaurants to choose from! We will absolutely be staying here again and highly advise everyone else to book as well :)

Wonderful vacation accommodations
My husband and I are in New Hampshire residents, active duty military stationed in NYC. We come home to NH frequently to recreate and visit family and friends. We just spent 10 days at this home sharing the house /half of the time with our family and half with some friends. Everyone loved the house and it was easy for us to reset the bedrooms after our family left and our friends arrived.This house was a perfect blend of spacious, and tastefully decorated while also being kid friendly. The kids LOVED the loft room and said they never wanted to leave. Host's always replied quickly to any questions we had. We will likely rebook in the future. Thanks again!

Ready to make this a yearly stay
To say this was a 5 STAR stay would be an understatement- the hosts were great from the start, accommodating and had great communication! Hosts thought of all the details when setting up this home and the location was awesome! There are plenty of towels, pillows and kitchen was well stocked with go to supplies! So many cute details throughout the home and the patio/fire pit area was super cute - perfect for grown ups to have coffee or a late night gathering and for the kids to play, explore and roast s’mores! The bunk room was loved by all of our kids and the options for streaming services and a Nintendo was also a hit! Beds were comfy and house was clean - our families will definitely be back the next time we venture up to the area!

Wonderful Family Trip - Close to Storyland & Town
This was our third trip up for what has now become our annual visit to Storyland, and this was without a doubt the best location we have stayed in. The house was spacious with plenty of amenities and quiet (which we love). The three kids in our group (toddler-elementary school) had a blast and really enjoyed the loft space, the books and the light machine! My husband even took all of the kids on a quick walk down the trail from the backyard. Any time we travel my biggest concern is the cleanliness of the space, and I absolutely didn't have to worry about it here. Elvis was amazing to work with and communicated from start to finish. The only "con" would be that the don't offer early check-in. I completely understand that it's to make sure the house is ready for the next group, and since the house was so clean, it was time well spent. As a family traveling with young kids, it would be great to have the option to settle in earlier after a long day of traveling. Other than that minor thing, the house was great and we're looking forward to returning!

Lovely location and property
We had 10 guests. The layout of the house is fantastic for groups. Parents can have rooms, kids have rooms, and a great teen area for bunk style staying. It really had it all. Out back the fire pit was perfect. The house is off the main road far enough to have some nice quiet times outside at night. The house was very well maintained and stocked. Very clean and all up to modern conveniences. Just perfect for my group. And the hosts were amazing! Very organized and respectful. Great communication and easy to work with. Couldn’t have been nicer. We started planning our next stay there for the winter season while we were sitting around the fire pit. Thank you folks
