"Good, but I didn't like Room No. because Asians have numbers they prefer, but the hoel just had Room numbers that I didn't like. Besides that interior design, view, and cleanness of this hotel is fantastic."

"Overall it was a nice stay. The hotel has nice amenities in the hotel and we particularly enjoyed the Korean restaurant on B1. The breakfast included package option we took was really good. The staff were friendly enough and professional. The elevator system can be updated as each operates separately and you may end up calling all the elevators to get to the floor you are going, which is a bit annoying and energy inefficient. One thing unpleasant happened during our stay. As my parents opened their door right after checking in and turned on their light, they saw a cockroach running away startled on the floor, which somehow my mom caught with her bag. The housekeeping team was very fast to deal with the issue and cleaned the site when I called them, but this incident left a bit of a bitter taste on our stay. "
