"Very good service. The personnel at the front desk were very pleasant, helpful, and caring. The staff at the breakfast buffet were very attentive, keeping everything well stocked and clean. The restaurant at the premises, Copper House Tavern, had excellent food. An unexpected, pleasant surprise. The one down side is that certain areas of the hotel are in need of renovation. Very good price point. I feel I got my money's worth."

"very nice hotel, good area. The only two things I think it could be better is the rooms that have a balcony face the pool and restaurant areas. The noise from the pool come right into the room even with the glass door closed and curtains closed, all that noise comes right into the room and it is very loud when there is a lot of people in the pool especially kids. Also, the restaurant in the property is way too expensive for the kind of food. The food is not that great, I have had better, but the price is way too much, so I do not recommend the restaurant. Other than that, the facility is very nice and clean. Very modern and spacious areas all the hotel and inside the room."
