Cozy Chatham home set back from the road for privacy and nautical decor throughout. There is a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and beautiful sunny dining room with sliders leading out onto the deck and lovely private back yard. Two bedrooms (a queen and 2 twins (new twin mattresses 2025)), both with ceiling fans and one full bath. Central A/C, WiFi and a fantastic enclosed outdoor shower. Make this home a perfect spot for some Chatham memories. Feel like walking for your morning coffee or taking a relaxing bike ride? This little gem is just 8/10 of a mile to the entrance to the Cape Cod Bike Trail, and easy hop on to Route 28 towards Nauset and outer Cape. Dog Friendly! 1 dog allowed. Ask your agent for details.
