Only two cars allowed and parking is tandem in the driveway only. DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED for booking guest. Garage is off limits to guests.
The fireplace is NON-WORKING. Please do not attempt to build a fire. Outdoor fires are NOT allowed per local law.
Lawn care is done at random times on random days. Not a set schedule. Please be courteous if they ask you to move your car to cut the back yard.
