The home is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom 1984 square feet house. Huge backyard, screened in porch area and a wood deck on the side with propane grill. This neighborhood is very quiet and is filled with older neighbors and families.
Note: This property is close to the airforce base so you may hear the revele in the morning and taps at night. Not super loud but worth mentioning

Other things to note

Pool: Pool and Gym: We have a relationship with a country club through which guests can book day passes. The gym is 14 minutes from the house or 7.1 miles away from the house. Please note: the admission to the club is NOT included in the booking price, bookings must be made in advance, and additional rules may apply.


A note on bugs: all our properties are renovated spaces, everything inside is new, and we have our properties treated for bugs on a recurring schedule by professionals. That being said, this is the Deep South, we are below sea level, and when temperatures change you may see a bug. Rest assured it’s a rare occurrence but it’s impossible to make a place 100% bug proof. Keeping doors and windows closed properly is a great step one to avoid this, and if you see anything you can call us, but seeing A bug will not be grounds for a refund.

Excellent house and host.
This home is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and has all the conveniences you may want while staying at a vacation rental. It is clear that the host cares for the property and also cares quite intently for the people staying in the property. I would highly recommend this to other families seeking a great location near Charleston. It is minutes away from the outlet mall and hundreds of different restaurants. Only a quick 20 minute ride into the city to see everything Charleston has to offer. I greatly appreciate the ease of check-in and check-out and the simplicity of the expectations for people renting the home. Thank you so much Joe for all your help while we stayed in your lovely home.

Great Property, close to multiple beaches and great places to eat
Unfortunately I visited during a tropical storm. The property was very comfortable just to stay in and relax all day. We were finally able to get Out and explore and had a great time. Close to shopping, great places to eat and some great beaches

Great location with plenty of room for family. Easily traveled to all trip destinations… beaches, downtown… within 20 minutes. Communication with host was exceptional and appreciated all the amenities provided. Beds were comfortable and safe neighborhood. Would stay here again for sure!

House was spacious and clean, plenty of room for everyone and our furry family member. The neighborhood was nice. The location was convenient for exploring the greater Charleston area. Owner was responsive to any inquiry made during the stay, but when I reached out the day following to inquire about a possible left behind item there was no acknowledgment. Clean and roomy
Great place for a weekend in the city with the kids. Lots of room to stretch out and the house was very clean. Good water pressure in the showers. Didn’t hear any airplane or dog noises, but we did hear a bugle one morning that sounded like it was waking up a camp nearby. Would stay here again.

We came to explore both Charleston and Congaree National Park (a little less than 2 hours away) this house worked great. We had plenty of space for us (1 adult, 4 kid ages 15-7).

The house was very clean and well stocked and a short drive to downtown. The only negatives were the nearby Air Force base wake up call every morning and only 1 full size bathroom, but nothing that the owners can help. Overall great location for a great price compared to the other listings I viewed. I would definitely stay here again if I was back in the area!

The pictures really didn't do this property justice because it was more than what I expected. The owner was really friendly and responded fast to any messages. I loved the modern kitchen and that there was coffee options available. Not to mention this property had everything you could think of from airbeds, various cookware and stocked cabinets with healthy cooking options, laundry room with detergent supplied, and there was even a high chair and play pen if needed. I really enjoyed the "at home" feel this property provided. The neighborhood was cozy, felt safe, and the neighbors were quiet. I would suggest some chairs for the screened in outside area but everything was perfect.
