This is a spacious first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that has been recently renovated and is in a safe convenient location. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second room offers two twin beds. Keyless entry.

One assigned parking space.
Trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles displaying logos and RV’s are not allowed to be parked on premises.
A $200 per pet fine if in unit + damages and cleaning.
10p quiet time inside/outside.
No pets, commercial vehicles, parties, visitors or “gatherings” allowed.
The unit is set up with necessary amenities but not replenished during your stay.

A Great Holiday Stay!
We stayed at this condo for 2 weeks and everything was great. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location made it easy for touring around Charleston. We would stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Nice Quiet Neighborhood
We came for the Charleston Open. This was in close proximity to all of the restaurants we wanted to try and it was easy to get to the tournament everyday.

Lovely Condo
Really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nicely furnished, clean, and the host was quick to reply to our questions. We cooked our meals while there and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nice patio in the back. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again if we make it back to Charleston.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! It was super clean and nicely decorated. The kids enjoyed the pool. We had great family time putting puzzles together and playing games. The property is close to stores and restaurants but is in a quiet area.

Beach Vacation
I recently stayed at this condo and it was amazing. I stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every one. Communication was fast with the property manager. I definitely recommend this place if you want to not stay in Charleston but still want to be close by. The teen beds were a little uncomfortable but the queen bed was so comfortable. Overall really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again if I need another beach get away.

Property was very nice and clean. Updated beautifully! Would definitely stay again. Only complaint was master bedroom bed box springs needs replaced terribly. It squeaks with any movement on the bed. Hard to sleep with the noise. Other than that it was a great property!

We were beyond pleased with our stay!! It is exactly as pictured! The house was very clean and we appreciated the touches like the shampoo and conditioner and coffee/tea bar and even a bottle of wine. We didn’t think the fridge was on so we messaged the host and Annette came straight over to make sure it was working at 10 at night! Our kids loved the space and the snacks that were left out for our arrival. We will be booking this property every year for our annual trip!

Great stay
This was a great vacation because of the ease associated with the Vrbo experience. The property manager was friendly and helpful. The condo is clean and cozy. It had everything that we wanted. One small problem was a child in the apartment above us (running across the floor). But it was not enough to mar the experience. If we come back to Charleston, I will definitely book again.
