This room with a king bed features a brand-name mattress, fresh linens and a private bathroom with cruelty-free toiletries.

Enjoy shared living spaces with 5 other guest rooms that include a communal kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, coffee and toaster.

Our unbeatable location is just 7-15 minutes from downtown, Park Circle, riverfront park and the airport.

Our location is unbeatable, just a quick 3-minute drive from i26 and i526, giving you easy access to all the top attractions in the area.

While we are situated on the outskirts of an up-and-coming neighborhood, please rest assured that it is a safe area and we have hosted over two thousand guests in our six years of operation without a single safety or security issue.

Although it may not be the most picturesque area, the convenience of being in close driving proximity to everything more than makes up for it.

Disappointing
The listing made the neighborhood sound ideal to find that it was bad part of town. The location happened to be what helped make the decision to choose it. There was no TV. Has a wedding gift for a honeymoon, felt that it was not worth the price

The check in process was very clear. The room appeared to be clean. We went to take showers and noticed hairs on the shower wall. Also the packaging from the person’s razor was still in the shower. We understood there was a common area but did not realize we would be able to hear others. The children were a little loud. We didn’t feel safe as the description.
