"We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely would stay here again. The location is perfect. Easy walk from Union Station. Great having a Whole Foods next-door. Lots of restaurants and very walkable area. A lot of reviews are negative and I'm not sure why… They mention issues with technology and honestly, everything was great for us. "Great property, pretty convenient location, will stay there again. Only nit is all communication is through an ai bot. Literally no live people to speak with after. Everything was keyless/ touchless, etc. "

"The staff members are wonderful! They were particularly helpful in a challenging situation for our family (unrelated to the hotel). Many thanks for their kindness. Nice clean room, quiet, comfortable, and fun to watch the snow fall outside in the city. Excellent restaurant! The hotel is in a perfect spot for city walking."
