This property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. There is a park less than 1 minute walk away on Carruthers St. Grocery stores, shopping, ski hills, swimming are all located a short distance away. Be sure to visit the waterfront where you can enjoy swimming, walks, ice creams, more playgrounds and some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world! Lake Nipissing is absolutely beautiful!

Enjoy cooking your favorite meals in our large, fully equipped kitchen, all you need are ingredients. We have a dishwasher and provide dishwasher detergent for guests to use.
The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. We provide bath mats, bath towels, hand towels and face cloths.

Did not meet the needs of a single guy working away from home
I stayed here from Feb till the end of June. -No dishwasher as described -No snow removal from entranceway or driveway -Grass never mowed -Floor drain located in middle of galley kitchen smells badly, and will push waste water up when upstairs neighbour is using a lot of water -There is a rodent problem in this building -Interior is not kept very clean. Grime on surfaces in bathroom, and rodent excrement in kitchen -Very cold, and there is no thermostat -Damp and musty -Shower is poorly installed -Furnishings need improvement. Everything felt very cheap, like it was purchased from Dollarama, or second hand Ikea / Amazon Basics -Good location -Good neighbors -Very spacious accommodation -Appliances work well

Monthly Stay For School
I stayed for a month over a semester for school. Everything was clean, quiet, and easy to live within. Parking was accessible and everything was close by. Would highly recommend for someone needing to stay for a longer amount of time.
