"Basic stay at a great location.Fridge etc could have been cleaner.Bathrooms are super tiny but clean and functional. No view from bedrooms, but living room is great.Bring your own linen, towels, toileteries linen,towels,toileteries etc."

"Our stay at Sandy Shores was amazing. The house is set up perfectly for pets with balconies, a secure yard and access from the gate to the 24/7 off leash dog beach with no roads. The back fence is not quite shoulder height and is climbable, but held all our dogs without issue (2 x labrador size and 1 Jack Rusell). There are no holes in the fence for dogs to go under or through and our dogs certainly would have been looking hard for a weakness.. For the people there is an abundance of games such...

"Cute little beach house right on Long beach. All the amenities you need for a family holiday. Comfortable Beds, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom/laundry, Air-conditioning plenty of comfortable seating....all in a quiet, picturesque location. Recommend!!"

"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."

"When we arrived the house smelt mouldy and I had to vacuum up all of the spider webs so my kids would go in the rooms Blinds were missing and the windows were so dirty we couldn’t see out of them There was no hot tub even though one was advertised The dog next door barked constantly and we had to dispose of previous groups rubbish…."

"We used Nicky’s house as a base when we did the Coast Walk. The house is in a great location close to beaches etc. easily sleeps 8 people very spacious with lots of nooks and cranny’s to sit and relax. Unfortunately never got to play table tennis which I was looking forward to….. next time"

"Charming cottage. Clearly a well loved family home. Clean and cheerful with a homely feel. Has everything needed for a short or long stay. Bob and Jackie are wonderful hosts. Very generous and helpful in responding to our requests: they persevered with communicating despite the frustratingly poor telecommunication coverage in the area. We - our grandkids, their parents and ourselves - were very comfortable in the house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. Would be very happy to stay there again. "
