"Horrible miscommunication experience. I booked this trip in September, 2023. I had all the confirmation and itinerary. It was paid off. I arrived at the property on December, 25, Christmas Day. The property was closed and no one was there to help. There was a piece of paper and an emergency phone number hanging on the door. "Good property. It’s in an upscale area that is close to most attractions. Getting in and out of the property is a bit of a challenge as it directly on to a motor way that people are driving very quickly on. There is a mirror that allows the driver to see oncoming traffic, offering greater safety. Communication is top notch. The keeper responds in seconds. "

"This stay was better than imagined. If you are contemplating booking with Joshua, just do it! The place is exactly as shown in pictures. The room was comfortable and amenities worked well. We received airport transfer from the host as well as transportation around the island! We really appreciated that. Host is responsive and available via text/call.
