"Vi har bott på hotell Savoy flera gånger. Trevligt hotell som ligger centralt i Luleå. Trevlig personal. Trevligt med spa och god frukost. Minus är sängarna. Madrasserna glider iväg. Hårda kuddar. Skulle oxå önska att ni ställer fram handsprit vid frukost buffén "

"Everyone from the staff was fantastic. Particularly the young lady by the restaurant’s cashier, was friendly, serviceable and with a contagious smile. As a plus, we saw a fantastic display of northern lights in the property’s open space."

"Glad that every staff member we met are nice and helpful. Besides the spacious room we stayed, quite surprised about the ample space at the lobby in each room block."

"Great friendly hotel with a nice restaurant and good amenities. Not many options in the area anyways but a good spot for those chasing auroras or doing activities. The only downside are the transfers from Kiruna airport to hotel, you have to book your own and it’s limited what is available. No buses in autumn so had to take an incredibly expensive cab. That aside, had a small shop on site where you can rent or buy winter gear and buy snacks. Restaurant opens for breakfast lunch and dinner. Many hiking trails around and tour packages pick up from hotel which is convenient."
