Located in the South Shores gated community, this Executive style and modern beach villa is centrally positioned close to the main resort pool and park and with a scenic outlook on to the meandering garden – ideal for your leisurely strolls and where the kids can play.

This impressive villa has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in the living area and two bedrooms. Modern furnishings will provide for a comfortable stay.

The well-equipped living, dining and kitchen rooms are located on the lower level. These spacious rooms, the high ceilings above the living areas and garden views through the glass bi-fold doors, create a light, airy and welcoming atmosphere for you to enjoy. The bifold doors open out on to a large entertainment deck under cover, which extends along one side of the kitchen and around 2 sides of the living area (in a right angle shape). Well set up with outdoor furniture and generous size barbecue, this is a great spot to relax and socialise with family and friends and to use in your quieter moments as an alfresco coffee setting.

The master bedroom situated on the lower level, has a Queen bed with ceiling fan and its own ensuite with separate bath and shower. There is also a separate powder room on this level with access from the main living areas and a laundry area for your convenience.

A wood grain stairway leads you to an annexure at the top of the stairs, which provides a cosy nook and sitting area to read a book, play a game or watch the television – a retreat for the kids. Off the annexure are the other 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and wardrobes. The third large size bedroom has wardrobes and a bunk with double below and single on top (suitable for a child on top and one adult or 2 small children below). In this room there are also 2 single beds – one is a king single and the other bed is for a small child. These 2 bedrooms have ready access to a generous size bathroom on the same level with shower, vanity and toilet facilities.

Within the villa community, make use of the 2 swimming pools at either end of the meandering garden way, the grassed reserves with barbecues, the children’s playground, the basketball/netball ring and bike track. Take advantage of direct access to the beautiful Normanville beach via the boardwalk which can be accessed at the rear of the main reserve.

There is also much to enjoy within the broader Fleurieu Region, including the beautiful views along the Fleurieu coastline, through Inman Valley to Victor Harbor and the local winery regions. Experience the local Fleurieu cuisine and order in from the many cafes and businesses offering takeaway food if you don’t feel like cooking!

No access is provided to the Master walk-in wardrobe nor to the secured garage area.
