"Todd is an excellent host and made my stay very comfortable and entertaining! Breakfast was a great selection, with homemade loaf and muffins, and local Partridge berries that tasted incredible. Friendly, interesting conversation and a lot of history! Room was comfortable as well"

A good base to go to StJohn’s Avalon Peninsula, GraceHarbour Owner very helpful and was very easy to communicate with "

"The neighborhood you'll find very quickly is the warmest you've ever seen. Head up to mad rock cafe for breakfast (fish cakes & toutons) then hike the trail from the cafe to mad rock. The property is extremely relaxed & lovely. I would have loved to see the basics added to their kitchen (like oil, salt, and vinegar). As well don't forget your shampoo and conditioner - there is none on the property."

"This was an awesome choice for a three night stay in the area surrounding St. Johns. We were welcomed with little considerate touches which included a welcome note and some toiletries, which was not expected. It was super comfortable and super quiet...not a soul in sight, which was perfect for us. Chris replied to every message i sent and was a super host. thanks!!!"
