"Everything was as described except the available sleeping units. Great place if people just need a bed but we had two families with some who like to sleep in late and others who like to rise early with caused issues with noise in the kitchen for those who utilized the pullou sofa downstairs and the dining room floor with an air mattress. It will comfortably sleep six in bedroom and another four on pullouts if those are the early risers."

"We really loved this little house. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the golf cart was fun and there was everything we needed! It was close to both Winchester and Tullahoma. Only regret the cold weather prevented us from enjoying the lovely porch, but the view was beautiful. We will definitely stay there again. "
