Brand new inside after a complete professionally designed remodel. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath home is an easy walk to OU campus, Memorial Stadium and Campus Corner. Enjoy the sounds of the OU clock chimes from the front porch of this charming home. All furnishings and bedding in this bright and cheerful home are new and clean. The home boasts an open concept living/kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has an 8 foot island with seating for four. There is a large dining table with plenty of seating and room to spread out for playing games with friends or family, enjoying a nice meal or just getting work done. The large back patio includes a propane grill, seating and string lights. All 3 bedrooms have queen beds and a desk. For those who can't sleep without white noise or like it a little cooler, a box fan can be found in each bedroom. The remodeled bathroom is all new with a deep bathtub and includes towels, a blowdryer and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. There is a full size stacked washer and dryer. The house is thoroughly cleaned after each use including the use of UV sterilization.

The house was clean and comfortable. Its in a quiet neighborhood really close to the OU campus and football field. Nice back yard and the host was really quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Home in Every way
This home had everything we needed for the quick weekend we were there. Very clean, well equipped from kitchen to bath to technology. Loved the front porch and backyard. Neighborhood is great and quiet. Easy walk to campus and downtown Norman. Very glad we chose this home and would stay here again.

Perfect OU Homebase
This house is adorable! It is immaculate and super cozy. Comfy beds and great energy all around. Excellent location close to OU and a very responsive host. It was a perfect homebase for my daughter and I for a college visit. We look forward to our next stay!

This is the perfect setting in Norman !!! it is extremely tiidy and clean. The decor is updated yet still very cozy. The indoor open floor plan & the fun outside area gave us plenty of spaces to gather for family/friend time. We are in Norman a lot for OU sports and by far this has been my favorite stay. Thank you Jennifer for making our weekend extra special… We will be back!! 😊

Great location for OU college visit
I spent the weekend at this beautiful property with my husband, 17-year old son, and my parents. We were visiting our daughter who is a student at OU, and it was the perfect location - walkable to campus and easy to get to other spots in Norman. There was plenty of room for the five of us, and the backyard was the perfect spot to hang out during the evenings. The house had all of the amenities we needed. It was cozy and comfortable, and the check in process was smooth and simple. I would highly recommend this to others.
