This property is #1 of a side by side duplex. Nothing is shared with the next door property except for the beach, front door entryway and large back deck.
This unit has two bedrooms downstairs with 2 Twin beds in each, along with a full bath and all the living areas. Upstairs has the Master bedroom with a King size bed and a beautiful view of the bay and another bedroom with a Queen size bed, along with a full bathroom with a combination shower and tub.
Our beautiful Beach front home was built in 1914 and as such, it may not be for everyone. We are still in the process of completing a historic renovation of the exterior with some trim and siding not fully completed. The original cedar shake siding was just discovered under layers of vinyl siding and is still in the process of repairing and refurbishing. However, this will in no way impact your stay with us. A new roof, windows and new central AC/Heat has just been installed and it will be very comfortable for summer and winter. We also have a washer/dryer in the laundry room available for you to use.
We are Beach Front, with a walk of about 50 feet to get across the sandy dunes. We have a 65" Smart TV and high speed WiFi for all your streaming entertainment needs. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment needed for those wanting to stay home and practice your culinary skills.
But best of all is the secluded neighborhood and the beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beaches, right out your door.
We also have off street parking in our driveway as well as a back deck and a charcoal grill for cooking out. Parking is limited to 2-3 vehicles depending on size.
Even with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is now over 108 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage. The bathrooms are not as large as what is found in modern structures, but even so we hope that you will love our older and charming home.
** PLEASE PAY ATTENTION No Parties are allowed or tolerated. We will immediately cancel and evict anything resembling a party - This is a wonderful community and we love and respect our neighbors. We are all entitled to a "quiet enjoyment" of the beach, the neighborhood and our home - this also applies to the rights of our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.
All cancellations like this will include forfeiture of all payments and security deposits - NO EXCEPTIONS! **
Pet Fee is $99 per pet per stay.
If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300
Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding or furniture

Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available)
Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if available)
Normal Check Out is 10 AM.
A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at 10:05 AM
Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!
Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise.
