Accommodation and location.
This thatched property in a picturesque secluded location on the peninsula of Nordstrand is only a few meters walk from the North Sea and impresses with its dreamlike quaint Frisian charm paired with ultra-modern interior.

In 2023, the house was renovated in a high-quality and loving manner and since then shines in Scandinavian-Frisian chic with top equipment. This unique oasis of well-being in dyke location captivates with a total of 90m2 living space on two levels.

On the approx. 1000m2 property with beautiful garden and unrestricted field view, beach chair and sun loungers invite you to linger. Absolute tranquility and pure nature let the everyday stress disappear and provide relaxation in exceptional surroundings.

Despite the complete seclusion, the loft has an excellent infrastructure with shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity of only 1.5 kilometers. Husum can be reached by car in about 15 minutes, the port of Nordstrand with daily ferry connections to Pellworm, Amrum, Föhr or Sylt is only 8 kilometers away. The entire peninsula is perfect for extended bike tours (we are happy to organize rental bikes on request), walks along the dike and also kiters get their money's worth.

The Loft.
After entering through the Frisian, dove-blue Klönschnacktür, the view opens onto the open, bright and modern-hyggel entrance, living and dining area with chic, gray concrete floor, modern kitchenette, fireplace, comfortable sofa with récamière and a 65-inch QLED smart TV (including Netflix and Amazon).

Also on the first floor is the bathroom with beautiful shower cabin in white metro tiles, terrazzo floor and with generous mirror area.

The wooden staircase centrally located in the room leads to the fully developed attic with open gallery space and two cozy bedrooms with large double beds (180x200cm).

The sundeck/terrace directly adjacent to the living area has a dining table for up to 6 people and a large, shade-providing 3-meter parasol. Terrace and garden area invite two-legged and four-legged guests to linger: due to the southern exposure, you can enjoy the sun there until it sets. A beach chair in field orientation - with a view of the sunset, a sun lounger and sun chairs as well as a barbecue station with high-quality Rösle gas grill complete the perfect vacation day.

House rules / Important

- No parties
- Maximum 2 dogs - but sofa and beds are allowed for human guests only.
- The house has a steep staircase without a barrier. It is therefore not very suitable for small children or people with walking difficulties.
- Toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid/tabs, vinegar & oil, salt & pepper, as well as mineral water (by water bubbler) are included in the rental price.
- The gas grill may only be used in the designated place.
- Please use the beach umbrella only on windless days and tie it back together after use.
- In case of rain, please put on the protective covers provided for the grill and beach chair and store the chair cushions in the box provided for this purpose.
- The garden furniture is only available from the beginning of April to the beginning of October due to weather conditions
- The garden is completely fenced (fence, thick hedges, sluice gate)
- Garden/property maintenance work must be tolerated during the stay. If possible, these will be announced in advance.
