Hervorragend ausgestattetes Haus, alles neuwertig, alles sehr sauber. Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Die Auffahrt von der Straße zum Parkplatz am Haus ist nicht ganz optimal. Die Lage des Hauses hat uns persönlich nicht ganz so gut gefallen. Das ist sicher eine Geschmacksfrage.Das Haus ist ein Platz für Leute, die völlige Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit wünschen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort und eine nette Teestube in der Nähe sind aber fußläufig zu erreichen. Nordstrand ist für Wanderer weniger gut geeignet, sicher aber für Radfahrer. Nachträglich haben wir gesehen, dass das Haus deutlich preiswerter gewesen wäre, wenn wir nicht über Fewo-Direkt gebucht hätten.

Tinkeltutenhus: Sehr schönes Haus, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Dadurch das dieses Haus und Inneneinrichtung sehr neu sind, gab es hinsichtlich Komfort und Ausstattung keinerlei Einschränkung, jedoch 100% Zufriedenheit. Die Lage auf dem Deich ist besonders lohnenswert: Tolle Rundumsicht und idealer Ausgangspunkt um Nordstrand zu erkunden. Der Badestrand für Mensch und Hund sind 10min. mit dem Rad entfernt und z.B. der Supermarkt (EDEKA Thomsen) ebenfalls in 10 min. mit dem Rad entfernt. Unserer Meinung nach der Beste Platz für ein aus auf Nordstrand: Tolle Aussicht und alles "nahbei". Wer Ruhe und Erholung, ein tolles Haus und trotzdem auf nichts verzichten möchte, ist hier richtig. Viele Grüße aus dem Münsterland.

Das Tinkeltutenhus können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohlgefühlt. Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung (moderne Einrichtung, netter Willkommensgruß durch den Vermieter) in einer ruhigen, erholsamen Umgebung. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
