"This house was great for my family and I to stay while visiting Nuremberg. Communication was clear and fast with a reply. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space to spread out and have a good time. The garden area and upper balcony were bonuses and nice to sit out with a coffee or beer to enjoy the day. I read some other reviews about stains or broken furniture but we did not see any problems. The coffee machine was perfect for coffee when desired. I will buy one in the near future. If...

"The unit is in an older building (dating to 1904), but you couldn't tell from the state of the inside. Everything was modern and quite tasteful. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Far enough outside of town to be in a quiet area, but close enough in that around a 20 minute drive will get you to the tourist areas of downtown Nuremburg. "We stayed during Nuremberg's Christmas Market season. There is a bus stop, a store, and several restaurants within 10 minutes' walk, and the house is in a cul-de-sac so sheltered from road noise. Oven/stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer all worked (note it seems you have to set a time on the dishwasher, no instant function). "Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und super sauber. Wir waren 2 Familien mit 4 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern im Alter von 5 bis 14 Jahren. Wir hatten genug Platz und die Küchenausstattung war ebenfalls ausreichend, um alle zu verköstigen. The Subway is about a 5 min walk from the house and from there so easy to get to the city center! There is an awesome Bakery within walking distance and also a great I e cream shop within walking distance. Parking was also super easy. "This place was a real jewel for us with three adults and two small children. It was clean, comfortable, well-furnished and supplied, quiet and efficient! We all felt immediately at home. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They were especially concerned that our children were happy. (There is a playground across the street!) Everything worked well and was in good repair.
