"Wir sind sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen worden. Das Haus ist sauber, gemütlich, mit Liebe, eingerichtet. Besonders gefreut hat uns das Vorhandensein von Dingen wie Taschentücherbox im Wohnzimmer, Tee, Kaffee, Kaffeemilch, Wein und Süßigkeiten als Willkommensgruß, Seife, Toilettenpapier, usw.. Nicht zu vergessen Betten bezogen und und volle Garnitur Handtücher. So etwas hatten wir noch nie so erlebt! Wir werden bestimmt noch mal wiederkommen! "

"We stayed during Nuremberg's Christmas Market season. There is a bus stop, a store, and several restaurants within 10 minutes' walk, and the house is in a cul-de-sac so sheltered from road noise. Oven/stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer all worked (note it seems you have to set a time on the dishwasher, no instant function). "This house was great for my family and I to stay while visiting Nuremberg. Communication was clear and fast with a reply. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space to spread out and have a good time. The garden area and upper balcony were bonuses and nice to sit out with a coffee or beer to enjoy the day. I read some other reviews about stains or broken furniture but we did not see any problems. The coffee machine was perfect for coffee when desired. I will buy one in the near future. If...

"we felt like home Markus provided us with a new moka coffee maker because it was not present in the kitchen, and believe me, for us Italians, it was a demonstration of fabulous hospitality"

"The unit is in an older building (dating to 1904), but you couldn't tell from the state of the inside. Everything was modern and quite tasteful. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Far enough outside of town to be in a quiet area, but close enough in that around a 20 minute drive will get you to the tourist areas of downtown Nuremburg. "Happy to have stayed in EcoSmart Premium. Check in on app is pretty straight forward. Location is convenient with easy access to cental station. Building and room are clean and smart. The only thing disappointment is one missing set of towels as we are three in a room but only two sets are available. Other than that, I'm happy with the stay."
