"This home is built to drink in the view. The water comes up right to the edge of the property. You can walk the beach when the tide is out. The queen bed was very comfortable and that is always highly valued. We were disappointed that the couch was not very comfy, bottom cushions keep slipping forward on you. It would be nice to have an ottoman so you could sit back, put your feet up and enjoy the view. It’s important to note the stove/oven combo is not full size, which is fine if you are not...

"Beautiful home on the south end of whidbey island! We absolutely loved our stay and found it to be a great spot. A quick drive to beaches, parks, and restaurants. "

"We came for a long weekend, and we had a great time! We did think the beach was easy to walk down to like the pictures imply but between the snow and ice and steep edge it was not, also the lighting in the house makes cooking a bit tough, we had to move a lamp on top of the fridge, if there were new day light bulbs in the kitchen that would have helped, all the bulbs were miss-matched and dim…All in all a great stay! Loved the town and cabins views! "

"We had a nice time at the home. The property owner was very helpful coordinating a delay with our arrival. The property is beautiful and very dog friendly. Only note is main living area is up a flight of stairs and bedrooms are down stairs. We will definitely be back. "

"Despite the rainy conditions we enjoyed our peaceful stay at the home. The trees and view are lovely. The rain stopped for long enough in the morning that we could take our morning coffee out to the ledge and enjoy the view in the Adirondack chairs. The house is fully appointed with plenty of beds. I arrived with the expectation that we would be staying in a home decorated in the MCM style but it is more contemporary eclectic."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. It was exceptionally clean, cozy and had everything we needed to be comfortable. A few things to note: in case it matters to you (it didn't to us) there is no TV; we couldn't get the sauna to work; we couldn't get some of the lights to work, which was a bit inconvenient inside and made it dark outside. "The property is very cute, everything is organized and clean. Tiny sauna outside is a great addition. It’s nice that pets are allowed. Also, we really enjoyed the fireplace! One small thing - the toilet is in between 2 rooms, so it might be noisy when someone is using the bathroom at night. "

"Nice getaway from the normal hustle."

"We were pleasantly surprised with this place! Soft sheets, firm mattress, good water pressure, fenced side yard, charming fireplace, strong wifi and million dollar views. The beach looks amazing but we opted to go to Double Bluff beach dog park instead. It’s a great location for accessing South Whidbey. Thanks for sharing your home, we’d definitely stay here again. "

"We have stayed at many VRBOs around the puget sound, and this is one of the best we have ever stayed at! It was so peaceful and the view was amazing. The home is beautiful and cozy, with expansive views of the little saltwater inlet (the house sits on a bluff above the water). Also, there is a lovely fenced yard for dogs to explore. "Gorgeous home at equally gorgeous location. I booked this location due to its elements remincent of beloved family vacations in the mountains and on a lake in New Hampshire. Our stress of the trip across the country immediately dissipated as soon as we turned onto the road leading to the property. And the property, WOW. Thank you for the opportunity to reconnect with our family surrounded by calm, beauty, and fun. "

"Enjoyed this cabin for a quiet little getaway with my husband. Although you aren't completely secluded from neighbors it still felt very private, and all the details were well-explained and exactly as advertised. One thing to keep in mind about the location is that it is pretty far from a real grocery store. This isn't a problem at all, just requires more planning ahead."
