On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with separate dining area. Here are also the large, bright kitchen and a shower room with toilet.
The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort - here to make a few "helpers" from it all child's play.
The entire lower area is equipped with underfloor heating and radiators.
On the second level are the master bedroom and a children's room and a large bathroom.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, here is also the access to the balcony. In the nursery the beds are left and right on the wall, bathroom with shower and toilet, two sinks and heated floors, washer and dryer
On the third level is the second children's room with a row standing beds located in the attic.
No clubs, no pets.
